Overall Initial Contact Like any business, it is often really easy to make contact when a business is collecting money Maker Communication Communication was very poor. The initially said 8 months until I would have the suit in hand. Covid did of course delay the order but they kept saying one year then two years then radio silence. I had to keep bothering them over and over and over until I was bothersome. And after about 4.5 years I got the suit. Project Completion Time I am very unsatisfied with the poor communication which made me unsatisfied with whole process.
Overall Project Quality Overall, I give the quality a 6/10.
Components
Head Wear Satisfaction I am pretty satisfied with how the head fits. It is the perfect size. However, it is pretty heavy which is to be expected as there is a fan in the nose which is nice for longer suiting sessions. Nothing in the head is poking me or stabbing me and it is comfortable to wear. The inside absorbs sweat nicely and it is never overly wet or uncomfortable. The biggest issues are the issues with visibility. It is very very hard to see out of the eyes and there is a huge blind spot making it so I am looking up at the ceiling. The mesh is also so thick for the eyes making making it hard to see.
Visual Satisfaction Visually I love the look of the head. it is my favorite thing about the suit. The head looks so big and cute and I love it. However the build quality is not great at all. The nose after a few wearing sessions started to break and the flocking began to fall off leaving large holes on the nose that I was able to somewhat patch. But now the nose is beginning to fall off. So if you get a cut from them, be very very careful with the nose. One-Piece Body Wear Satisfaction The body wears nice. A bit heavy but it is good quality fur. The issue I have with the body suit is the blue does not match the blue on the head and when I brought it up to the maker them never responded with an answer. The neck hole at the top is also very wide meaning my shoulders are exposed when I am in the suit so I have to wear a dark blue undershirt so the hole is not as noticeable.
Visual Satisfaction Visually it looks ok. It would have looked better if they had matched the head fur with the body fur and also made the neck hole smaller. Hands Wear Satisfaction Hands were ok. They wore nice but the center of the paws were a bit uncomfortable I ended up getting new ones made that were a little more comfortable on the center of may hands.
Visual Satisfaction Visually they looked good. They were not quite a style I liked but they looked good and I got a few complements on them. Tail Wear Satisfaction The tail is great has a great size, shape, and swing to it when I walk. It works well when I wear it with the suit and when I wear it on pants. The tail is also pretty easy to put on with the body suit which is nice.
Visual Satisfaction Visually I think it looks great. Matches the colors of the suit and I really like wearing it with and without the suit. Feet Wear Satisfaction The bottoms fell off of the outdoor paws after about 30 hours of wear and I had to get new ones made.
Visual Satisfaction Visually they looked good, they matched the look of the body and had a nice shape to the toes.

Final Comments If you are ok with everything I wrote above go for it. The majority of the suits they make look cute. But I know people who have been waiting longer than I have as as of today (6/2024) have yet to receive their suit and have not seen any progress pics.

I got my commission taken in 2020. Here it is in 2024,No fursuit head (as that was all I could afford),and angry about the lack of communication from the company. My older sister is the one that messages them as she was the one with me when I had put in my commission due to being 17 at the time. I genuinely don’t think I’m gonna get the head and am looking at taking legal action with my sister to get my money back. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
