Fairly easy, I contacted them on Twitter.
Communication was horrible and poor. Waited days or weeks for any feedback, barely no WIPs of my suit until it was done really. Maker kept making excuses for any issues i had or why a part wasn't completed as said. It was very stressful.
Project was suppose to be done by May 2022 (for FWA 2022), just the head was done in that time. Paws and tail were done in August 2022. and again, still awaiting feet and sleeves.
Overall, I am not very satisfied with this fursuit, as i expected more.
I paid a rush fee upon commissioning for it to be done by FWA 2022 and it was originally suppose to be a 3/4 half suit. I fully paid it off in Jan of 2022 and had to keep requesting WIPs. I didnt get any WIPs until late April/early May. Only my head was completed in time for FWA 2022. My paws and tail were not done until August of 2022. and I am actually still awaiting my feet and arm sleeves, as well as a refund for my rush fee and legs, that the maker admitted finally to not be able to do them. Maker constantly made excuses as to why they didn't have anything on time, despite our agreement. I've even threatened legal action because its been over a year, yet i still don't have remaining parts of my refund. I expected so much more from this maker and they've disappointed me greatly.
Again, I've had most issues with my head and the communication from the maker is poor. I waited days or weeks for any answers. I had to get friends to refurbish and repair my head. so overall, i do not recommend this maker.
Head is way too big. I've had to use scarves or head bandanas, sometimes collars to keep it secure. Close friends have made constant repairs, including the ears which came unglued after one washing and needed immediate repairing. Eyelids are magnetic and I've had issues keeping them on, needing a more or an extra magnet added. Ventilation is absolutely poor, and it makes overheating happen more often. My glasses even fog up after 5 mins. In my honest opinion, the head was very rushed. Vision is typical fursuit vision.
On the outside, The head looks alright. However, facial markings are incorrect. Cheek dots were supposed to be symmetrical but aren't. Inside of the ears are also two different greens, which also are inaccurate to my character's design.
Paws are actually very comfortable, never had issues with them actually. Claws are sewn, they're easy to clean, etc.
Paw markings are actually accurate, all the correct colors. Again, no issues!
Tail fits just fine, belt loops are kind of loose then usual so it causes my tail to face sideways, and i just have to work with it or constantly adjust it.
Tail is actually accurate in markings. I only wish it was bigger in size. To me it's more like a fox tail, then a German shepherd tail.
Would you recommend this maker?
This means the reviewer would NOT recommend Anileu Works unless they significantly change their practices.
