Photos of Completed Product Head Wear Satisfaction The head did not fit me at all. It was about four sizes too large, to the point of It falling off my head if I tilted my head forward. There was no ventilation because the mouth area was much too small and the head was built in such a way where you couldn’t pry the mouth open. The vision was very bad despite the eyes being large, mainly because my characters eyes are light colored and the back of the eyes were not painted black and instead left white, so I could not see at all. Visual Satisfaction The head was really cute to me, I liked the style a lot and have no complaints about it’s general appearance. It matched my reference sheet. Going into detail though, the lightest color fur chosen was white instead of ivory, and it was thin so I could see the green foam underneath it. issues come in around quality. Most of the seams around the face were glued and not sewn, you could see the raw edge of the fur around the ears, behind and in front of the cheeks, around the ears and on the purple face markings. There were also multiple holes around the neck. It was also broken once it arrived, with the ear being snapped in half and never going back to its upright position again. The eyes were also made with foamies so they came to me already scratched. Overall Product Satisfaction How well does everything fit together and match up? Overall the suit didn’t fit but the markings were all accurate to my character. The suit did match the makers style and it was exactly the look I had expected so no complaints there. Overall Project Quality No, I am not satisfied. Things on their own would have been fine if they were cosmetic or even the glued seams, but the fact that I could not fit, breathe or see on top of the maker publicly speaking Ill of me makes me very dissatisfied. Purchase Process Initial Contact I don’t recall how we initially started contact, I believe through Facebook. Maker Response Time They responded very quickly and frequently updated me through Facebook. Maker Professionalism Disappointed. I explained all the issues to the maker and they did not seem apologetic at all. They did rush me to finish my half of our trade which I finished and sent before I got my half,( this head) but I feel with all the issues it would’ve been appreciated if they were more sympathetic or apologetic. This maker also was publicly posting about me on a hate page which really turned me off to the level of professionalism they should have had. Project Completion Time It was very fast. I was satisfied with the appearance, speed and initial communication and they got all my markings right, however everything else left a lot to be desired. I really hope this maker can improve on their professionalism and any quality issues that may be reoccurring and not unique to my case since their suits are very cute.
