It was originally easy to make contact with the maker over instagram.
It was a nightmare to keep contact. Originally we were speaking on Instagram but the responses started to become one a week and then nothing at all. I had to find his Twitter to find his telegram to reach out. Then we were told our suits were ready to go out, the day of they told us they were going on a 2 week vacation and would send them out after. The date comes around and they give us a few pictures, then ship date and nothing. We waited a day then messaged their partner. His partner apologized and said he would help them finish them then send them out (which contradicts the fact that we were told they were 100% done) then they got sent out a few days after. His partner told us he wanted his partner to be the point of communication from now on.
Originally we were told they'd be done for Halloween, things happened and that's okay, the date was pushed to before November finished, end of November came and that's when communication on Instagram went missing. On Telegram he said beginning of December, that came around, he said they were done then went on vacation, end of December came around, he disappeared, suits were finished and sent beginning of January.
I'm not very happy with the overall process of getting this head (communication was the main issue but I will talk about that in the communication category). Visually it looks stunning and with commissioning a newer making I didn't expect how well done the shaving and patterning is. However the multiple holes (the smallest being 2 inches and the biggest being 5 and was also including the ear and mohawk coming off the head) I feel as if those are not beginner mistakes, it was at the point of him just trying to get rid of my commission. The start of the making was perfect but as soon as the communication took a turn for the worse he just didn't care anymore and sent it out once it was visually appealing. As I wear him more and brush him at all he falls apart more and more, so after only 2.5 weeks of having him, I plan to retire him.
While wearing this head the vision is good but the head is too big and falls down making me have to slightly look down as I walk. However the neck is too narrow to fix my glasses, if I were to be able to get them through they most likely would have fit. I have a good sized blind spot in the middle but not horrific. Mouth provides good ventilation once teeth were fixed.
I love how it looks once holes were hidden. Slight asymmetry bt mouth but I didn't pay enough to be shocked by that so it doesn't bother me.
