Their website is easy to understand and I knew I would need to provide a DTD and foot measurements. Maker CommunicationMaker communication was AWFUL. I often had to email them 3-5 times across the span of weeks to even get a two sentence reply. I was not kept frequently up to date and was told deadlines that they didn’t fulfill. They did not communicate thoroughly at all. Project Completion TimeI am insanely dissatisfied with the completion time. Their website says 9 month maximum for bodysuits and I waited over three years. I was left in the dark and had to beg for communication. Overall Project QualityProject quality is honestly amazing considering the lower price. Percy is gorgeous visually and was thoughtfully crafted, I can’t think of any flaws he has. I am always blown away how well crafted he is! Everything is secure, symmetrical, and high quality and was definitely worth the price I paid. Components Head Wear SatisfactionComfortable and easy to wear! Mouth moves smoothly and the visibility is great. The head had a fan installed and the fan has needed to be re-glued inside the head multiple times now and wasn’t very secure. Ventilation is as good as it can be because his base is 3D printed; no complaints there! Visual SatisfactionHis shave job is excellent and I haven’t noticed any bald spots. However, bright pink thread thread was used on his head and is extremely visible on his white face when in bright light. Fur is high quality and he looks perfect! One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionBodysuit is definitely a little tight on me but still very wearable, I just can’t bend down too far or step too high. His zippered feet and tail are securely installed and easy to use and his arm sleeves fit perfectly with my long arms. His padding is sewn in securely and his bodysuit isn’t lined which I have no issue with! Visual SatisfactionHis bodysuit looks amazing and is very symmetrical! Hands Wear SatisfactionHis paws are definitely the most high quality I’ve ever owned and are lined with neoprene. Extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time!!
