The first contact was quick and very communicative in March 2021 I'm Facebook. The quote was quick and easy. I paid a first part of the fursuit and then in May-June I paid the rest, reserving a slot for the beginning of 2022.
Nonexistent. For two years I have felt like chasing this maker to know something about my project. Completely ignores messages many times, depending on the type of social network it answers or not.
At the beginning of the project I gave her a lot of leeway trusting that she would be there by the estimated date. She didn't send me any information for months and every time I have written to her she has taken weeks to answer. When I saw that the project was not progressing, I started to write her more often asking for updates. Everything she has said to me has felt like excuses. Being a freelancer is not easy and I understand that, so I never wanted to put too much pressure on her. But after 2 years writing to her and seeing how she ignores me, seeing how she puts projects that have come after mine or local projects in her country, with the illusion already broken that it would never be possible to finish it, I started to write her almost daily to finish my fursuit for a convention. It was only then that he really started to "work" on my project.
And even then, I had to correct things. They didn't have color samples when I contacted them and I had to find them on my own. Some WIPs I had to correct myself because the colors of the fabrics were wrong. I had to propose to send the DTD because she never asked me for it. I have found up to 2 groups of her customers asking questions and looking for answers after waiting a minimum of 2 years for our projects with broken deadlines.
The communication has been simply horrible.
I have had to wait 2 years and 3 months for my fursuit when it was estimated to be done in 1 year. It gave me a lot of deadlines. For specific dates, for conventions I couldn't wear my fursuit to. At least 3 deadlines were broken and I wasn't going to wait for a fourth, that's when I started pushing her because I found no other way but to get it over with.
Aside from how uncomfortable the head is, the price I paid and the fursuit as such have exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have imagined it better, it looks great and it is all custom made and tailored. I am happy with the product I received, it exceeds the quality I expected.
I would be able to recommend this maker if it wasn't for the horrible problem they have with communication. It is something that took away my excitement with this project due to the different deadlines exceeded and the goshting she has done to me.
The head is too heavy and uncomfortable. I would say this is the biggest and main problem with my fursuit.
It is made of a hard material and the weight is very unbalanced. It's well ventilated and the vision is amazing with such big eyes, but it's too uncomfortable if I try to wear it for a long time. The maker never asked my head measurements and upon arrival it was quite tight.
It looks super nice, a little unbalanced in some parts but the material is HQ, the markings are symmetrical and everything is very correct.
The bodysuit is very comfortable and made to fit. I can move around a lot in it, it doesn't feel heavy or limiting.
I've been to a couple of conventions with it and done different activities and haven't had any problems with anything. It looks very strong and durable. The neck is lined and the padding is very comfortable.
Looks very accurate to the reference. I love my bodysuit, all the markings are correct and much of it is hand sewn.
They are very comfortable and I have a good mobility with them. They are lined only at the top. Personally it doesn't bother me, I'm happy with them.
Puffy and cute! The only thing is the maker didn't send me a WIP before they started sewing them, so the markings have small flaws
Confortable!
Accurate to the reference and shape I asked
Extremely comfortable. They have Crocs inside and are fully lined. They feel quite durable, the sole grips well.
Big and cute! I have no problem with them, I love how they look and how comfortable they are
