How satisfied are you with the fit of the head?
Is it too tight or loose? Does anything poke you, stab you, make it uncomfortable to wear? Is it lined comfortably?
The head fits well, with glasses room provided when asked. It is lined well and easy to clean. A bit loose, but not uncomfortable.

How is the ventilation?
Can you breathe well? Is the mask stuffy? Does the air circulate through your head?
The mask is stuffy with little air circulation, my glasses often fog to the point of severe vision limitation. I, however, can breath well enough to not be forced to remove the head.

How is the vision?
Can you see well in front of you? Is there a large blind spot? Do you have to turn your head to see? (Note: most suits do not have peripheral vision)
I have a very limited range of vision, as to be expected from the species of my head. (Bull terrier) BUT, looking from one eye at a time yeilds good results.

Eye paint can NOT get wet or it runs.

How is the symmetry?
Are the eyes or ears lopsided? Are the markings symmetrical per character design?
No issues in symmetry.

Is the shaving even?
Can you see the backing? Is it choppy? Is the transition to long fur what you were looking for?
Some areas (nose, lips, muzzle) appear to be felted. The nose itself is made of a strange, lumpy stretch of nylon-esque fabric.

How satisfied are you with the expression and overall appearance of the head?
Eyes are very feminine and the slope of the muzzle is hard to identify as Bull terrier without being told it is. I would have prefered a more true-to-breed shape, even at the price of vision. The ears were meant to be taller, but the maker was hesitant to fullfill due to structural stability.

How is the quality of the ears? Are you satisfied with the materials used?
Are they too cumbersome? Can you pull on them without tearing? Are they even on your head?
Good quality structure.
A bit smaller than what I wanted.
The peircings are absolutely wonderful.
Odd fur directionality makes it hard to brush.

How easy is it to wear your ears?
Do they fall off? Are they painful to clip on? Do you require someone else to put them on for you?
Easy. Head attached.

How satisfied are you with how the body fits?
Is it comfortable to wear? Does it allow for good movement?
When the body arrived it was baggy to the point of being unwearable. It was far too big with the crotch at my knees and the torso exagerated. Arm and legs were too long and too wide and the wrists and ankles. A DDT was provided.

Upon home fixing it fits very well, but that is not representative of the maker’s work and is more the tailoring of my friend.

How is the quality and durability of the body?
Are the seams durable? Can you move without popping seams?
The seams have come undone a few times and required restitching.

Spot markings on limbs were hand sewn over the underlying fur.

How satisfied are you with the selection of colors and the material used?
A black zipper was used on a white body, which had to be replaced in order to be worn.

When the stitches came undone it was reveiled that white and pink thread was used, even in the blue areas.

Hands and Feet

How satisfied are you with the fit of the hands and feet?
Will your wrists/ankles show if you stretch too much? Do they stay on your hands or do they slide off? Can you put them on comfortably with ease?
I was born with missing fingers and asked for foam inserts to aid this fact. The ones given were not substantail, despite my providing a model.

The wrists were loose and have been edited. (Though I have now made them too tight)

the feet are difficult to get on but fit well once on. The ankle-to-leg transition is awkward.

How is the quality of the hands and feet? Are you satisfied with the materials used?
Have seams popped? Have paw pads or claws fallen off?
The feet and hands are, overall, good quality once edited for fit and foam inserts. Has popped seams between fingers.

The feet seem to be built on Crocs-like shoes.

The claws on the hand paws differed in style and color from the feet claws and had to be repainted. The feet claws are unevenly placed and often move/ need readjusting. Sloppy hotglue work is seen at the claw edges.

How is the quality of the sleeves/warmers? Are you satisfied with the materials used?
Are they too cumbersome? Can you pull on them without tearing?
Good quality.

How accurate to the concept art are your sleeves/warmers?
Did they get all the markings? Are the colors accurate?
Accurate, though slightly twisted.

How easy are your sleeves/warmers to wear?
Do they fall off?
Easy, attached to suit.

How is the quality of the tail? Are you satisfied with the materials used?
Is it too cumbersome? Can you pull on it without tearing? Are the straps secure and even?
If there is any padding or armature, does it look right and function correctly?

The tail shape and structure is good, made of solid foam and with thick belt loops. Sturdy stitching.

One of the markings was obviously painted on and it effects the overall appearance.

A stitch runs down the center and gives a ragged appearance.

How accurate to the concept art is your tail?
Did they get all the markings? Are the colors accurate?
Accurate, though much too small.

How satisfied are you with how closely the suit matches the concept art?
If there was no concept art, please state N/A

Too feminine and child-like. I have deemed it my “puppy suit”. Hard to determine species without being told it is mean to be a Bull terrier. I have been called a “kitty” or a “mouse” more often than any breed of dog.

How satisfied are you with how well everything fits together and matches up?
Do you markings match up at the seams? Are the colors consistent?
Consistant, vibrant color. Good matching of markings, bad fabric melding at ankles and wrists with prominate bunches and wrinkles.

How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote?
The maker was easy to innitally contact and had a fast quote time. (~1 week)

How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take them to respond?
Often responded in 1-3 days. Never more than 5.

How satisfied are you with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the maker?
Were they pleasant to work with?
Would go off of design assumptions before asking questions, requiring the need to go back and fix the work he had done in markings and muzzle shape.

Subtly complained on social media about my project (esspecially the shaving process and miscommunications) and seemed disgruntled with my input. Passive agressive, at times quite unprofessional.

Took well to some requests but would often try and convince me not to ask for changes (muzzle shape, again).

Generally friendly, not very professional.

How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project?
Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
There was no deadline, so no expectations were set.

How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project?
Generally satisfied, but extremely unsatisfied with original body fit and hands.

How satisfied are you with the overall customer service with the maker?

Describe your experience. What were the pros and cons of working with this maker? And any final comments?
Maker started off easy to work with but began subtly complaining on social media as work progressed. Made judgements on marking placement and muzzle shape that varied from reference and only asked once the work was done if this was correct or okay. Had to go back and undo work often because of this.

Pro- Good quaility head. Fast responce time to emails. Good color matching. Cute style.

Con- Maker is difficult to work with at times. Maker is passive agressive. Body fit was attrocious. Requires maitnence often.

Final Comments
If you have a very basic character design and just want a basic canine or feline head in a cutesy style which requires no further person-person interaction- this is your guy.

Go elsewhere for other suit parts, detailed markings, lots of person-person interation, or atypical muzzle shapes.
