Preliminary communication was through email, and then we later switched over to Telegram for easier access. The entire MFL team was extremely kind and a pleasure to work with! Project Completion TimeI gave them a rough deadline, and they finished the fursuit much faster than the deadline. The fursuit was shipped out the day after completion and I was given a tracking number as well. Overall Project QualityI'm extremely satisified with the fursuit. Everything about it is high quality, and the style is absolutely adorable. MoreFurLess sent me multiple updates weekly and there was never a time where I struggled to reach them. It is definitely worth the price. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is fully lined and fits perfectly. It's very comfortable to wear and there's no unfinished parts poking me. The ventilation is very good, since it has a moving jaw and I can open the mouth for better airflow. The vision is the best I've ever had wearing a fursuit head, I don't even notice the eye mesh. The eyes do fog up though if you wear the head for longer periods of time. Visual SatisfactionEverything about the head exceeded my expectations. Everything matches my sona's reference sheet perfectly, and the shaving is very clean and even. The fur is very soft and the wig is standard material. I was given magnetic eyelids and eyebrows so the fursuit can have different expressions. The eyes are follow-me styled. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionThe bodysuit fits perfectly! My movement is definitely limited though while wearing it, and it is HEAVY. Everything about the bodysuit is high quality, and it came with built-in digitigrade padding that I can remove if needed. The airflow is standard for a bodysuit. Visual SatisfactionEverything matches my sona perfectly! The marking on his stomach is a little lower than shown on the reference sheet, but it's not a big deal at all. The suit opens by a zipper in the front, and you can't even notice the zipper is there once you fully put on the suit. The fur is very soft and can be brushed easily. The colors match my sona perfectly. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe claws are perfect! They're fully lined and easy to put on. The claws have a zipper on them so they can be attached directly to the bodysuit. Visual SatisfactionThe claws is one of my favorite parts about the suit. The white markings match my sona's reference. The fur is very soft and easy to brush. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail is an XL size, and is almost a floor dragger. The tail is connected to the bodysuit, so I don't have to worry about attaching it to a belt. The inside of the tail has padding that can be taken out for easier washing. Visual SatisfactionEverything is perfect about the tail! They match my sona's reference perfectly. The fur is very soft and easy to brush. Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feetpaws are deluxe outdoor feetpaws offered by MFL and they're comfortable to wear. The soles of the feetpaws are made with rubber, and they're supposed to be very easy to clean by just using a wet wipe. I've had considerably more difficulty getting the stains off the soles, despite using various cleaning materials. The inside of the feetpaws are built off of Crocs shoes.
