It fits well, if a bit more snugly than most of the suits I’ve worn, but that also makes it more responsive to my movements. Ventilation is solid, and vision is fantastic! It has enough lining to be easy to clean as well. It gets hot a bit quickly because of the particular fit, but nothing out of hand. Visual Satisfaction The appearance is absolutely gorgeous! The eyes are beautiful and I love the distribution of colors and natural design. Only minor complaint is that the neck hangs a little bit loosely so it tends not to lay on the body in a way that looks seamless, but that’s nothing a bandana or some sort of accessory/outfit can’t fix. Special Attachments and Features She comes with detachable velcro eyelids and an interchangeable tongue, both of which give lots of appearance flexibility! I’m extremely happy with these as they were added without special request, just fun throw-ins! Taking on and off is a breeze and they add a ton to the look! Body Wear Satisfaction The body may well be the best-fitting that I’ve ever worn, right in contention with another suit of mine that I thought would just be in a world of its own in terms of fitting me. It fits me really closely and feels extremely durable, with lining in relevant spots for added comfort too! It’s been easy to keep odor-free with disinfectant and easy to pull the padding out for upkeep. She’s an absolute joy to wear, honestly, comfortable enough that I’ve had fun even just lounging around in the body, like a big comfy blanket! Visual Satisfaction As to be expected from the fit quality the appearance is incredible. The shaving is super even, fur transitions look great, and I love the simple design that still has enough color and pop. The varying fur lengths at the wrists and ankles add some nice visual texture, there’s great symmetry, and the chosen colors are just beautifully warm. She’s also unbelievably soft which just makes it so much fun to feel having the suit on! Visually it’s extremely apparent that quality work went into the suit. Special Attachments and Features She has some chest padding as well as hip padding for shape. The shape and frame of her body look absolutely amazing, and the proportions are pretty much ideal for what I had hoped for, some padding for figure but nothing too over-the-top. The pockets that store the padding are lined with an adorable jungle pattern too, which is such a fun and cute touch! Gravity of course has a say in the padding sinking over time, so that does need to be adjusted after a few wears — maybe something like a pillow that the polyfil could go into that would then go inside the zipped pocket might solve that? But it might just be the way it is. Also, without prompting, there are sewn pockets inside the body, which I never expected, with a cloth with cats on them that’s such a cute addition! Really so much just puts this bodysuit over the top. Hands and Feet Wear Satisfaction Both the feet and hands are lined comfortably and extremely easy to wear. I have great dexterity with my feet, though they may be a hair large (which is understandable, my shoe size happens to hover between two in a way that’s hard to predict how something will run so things can come out big or small despite my best efforts) The hands fit super well into the body to make for a smooth transition of fur in the arm. Not ideal dexterity, but nothing out of the ordinary. I can wear the feet for long stretches without them getting gross and sweaty too. I’ve taken to wearing them around my apartment because they’re just so comfortable! Visual Satisfaction Just gorgeous. The indoor paws have pads that are minky and soft, and they just feel wonderful. The claws are in just-right spots and look fantastic, and the claws specifically in the hands give a great reference point for best dexterity. The fingertips have a slightly different fur color that’s a subtle but interesting visual touch. And they’re just so clean-looking! Super even, the zipper that stores the padding in the foot is imperceptible… I could go on and on about the paw quality! Tails Wear Satisfaction The tail is attached to the body and feels great to wear! It’s nice and long and swishes around wonderfully! It moves in a very satisfying way when the padding is high enough up in the legs to support. Visual Satisfaction Yet again, a gorgeous tail! The added length at the end makes the tip look great, and the design of the tail is such that you get a bit of every color of her fur on it! It has a perfect natural curl that looks unique compared to how the orientation would be if it weren’t attached too. Overall Product Satisfaction How well does everything fit together and match up? Overall fit is phenomenal. At most I have minor nitpicks about appearance (maybe the head could be a hair bigger, the legs don’t have a lot of leeway in terms of length past the footpaws’ cuffs because I’m super tall, things like that) but all in all Zahra is absolutely beautiful visually and as gorgeous as I could have ever dreamed of her being when I first started the process of commissioning. She’s easy to wear for a long time and a blast to as well! The first time suiting up after I’d opened the box blind was an absolute revelation. The fit, the feel, the bells and whistles, I just was lucky enough to get a great, great, great, great fursuit. Overall Project Quality Unbelievable. I could not possibly have expected that I would get a suit this good, let alone for the price I paid. I’m absolutely shocked and feel extremely lucky to have had a friend’s recommendation point me in Tucker’s direction. Purchase Process Initial Contact Super simple! Commissions go through Tucker’s website and you can do all the work with a form. Maker Response Time Very satisfied! Our initial responses were back and forth within a day, and Tucker was great with getting information to me as I needed. Due to a bunch of outside occurrences, later in the process it became a little more touch-and-go, but nothing ever took more than a week to hear back, and nothing of significance was truly delayed. It was a really easy process. Maker Professionalism Extremely satisfied! Tucker is super super nice and makes expectations and timelines clear! I never had to do any chasing down and never felt like a burden when I would ask for updates. I feel like I was completely in the loop about what was going on and never had to work to get information, while also not feeling stilted. Project Completion Time Extremely satisfied — frankly, this suit could have blown away expectation of how long these processes tend to take. Her queue seems to generally be kept fairly short so there isn’t concern of languishing behind a bunch of projects and being in the dark for a long time, as can be a risk with some makers. I could even have likely had her sometime between September and November after paying in early August had I been able to secure time and helpers to complete a DTD then. As far as the combined time where the ball was actually not in my court when it came to getting things done, it was probably in the realm of 2-3 months (if that) of actual maker-side stuff, which is amazing.
