Overall Initial Contact Very easy! I contacted them over instagram. Maker Communication 10/10! The communication was EXCELLENT! Easy to contact over instagram! The maker is pleasant to communicate with, super friendly! Project Completion Time My suit was finished inside 6-7 months! Its very quick and i can't complain about this! I didn’t ask for a ETA. Shipping took a little bit longer arrived in Canada, but its not the maker's fault haha
Overall Project Quality Overall, my maker was a joy to work with, knowing my past experiences. She made everything in order for me to be satisfied and im OVER-SATISFIED with that suit. The quality is outstanding, my suit was even her very first bird and i think she WONDERFULLY NAILED IT! My suit is a joy to wear around, he expressions are changing depending on my mood. I'm happy to have worked with a wonderful maker such as CottageMoss! What a sweet bean she is <3

Head Wear Satisfaction When i received my suit, i tried on my head first and its the most comfortable head i've ever worn. At first, the head was a bit tight though, but given its all new materials used, it will fit me the more i wear it. The only thing i didn't like in my head was the elastics Moss sewn in. As my head was already tight, with these, it was too tight. But i could just put them on the inside's side of my head! Mo big deal! The head is lined with lycra and its perfect! Despite wearing a balaclava inside for more protection, thanks to that, my head is easier to clean! The vision is amazing! Nothing to say about it!
Visual Satisfaction Visually, the head is PERFECT! The symmetry is on top! Everything match my character's design! Shaving is well done! The fur is so soft! One-Piece Body Wear Satisfaction The bodysuit fits me like a glove! Super comfortable! The bodysuit is even LINED inside. When i received my fursuit, i was shooked! She gave her this much trouble! So the inside is lined, and again, thanks to that, my bodysuit is easier to clean! Plus, it has my wings attached to it, so much handy (ha. the pun!). I have much more space because i have the wings attaches directly to the bodysuit! AND…the best part is…i have holes for my hands to escape! They are velcro'd! What an neat feature! So i can use my hands without even getting off my head, to be able to text whenever i need to! That is a WONDERFUL feature! My suit is very comfy and not too hot to wear!
The wings are AMAZING! Some of the feathers are embroidered and that makes it 100 times more beautiful to me! I also have arm sleeves from them, witch are basically the SAME wings, a carbon copy of my bodysuit's! ALL. EMBROIDERED!
Visual Satisfaction The bodysuit is amazingly made! All fits perfectly! Markings, wings, EVERYTHING! The fur is so soft again! I have nothing more to say about the visual! I'm amazed and still am to this day! Tail Wear Satisfaction The tail is adorable! Its not heavy at all! I would have loved a bushier look, but im not even mad at the tail she made! Because the tail have, again, embroidered parts! I'm shooked! The tail feathers looks wonderful and super adorable! Overall, the tail is very comfy to wear. She use some fleece, i don’t remember exactly what material used, but its very soft and the feathers looks cute!
Visual Satisfaction Again, everything is on top! Symmetry, shaving, i have nothing more to say that she made an amazing job! Feet Wear Satisfaction The feet are crocs inside. The crocs itself is just not THAT comfy to wear for long times. After very long hours wearing these, i get feet pain/sore. In overall, the feet are amazing to look at! The maker even embroidered some parts on the feet! Upon receiving my suit, during the shipping, my feet's interiors unglued. But i glued it back, its not a very big deal to repair so i did it myself. It wasn't the maker's fault! Quality is outstanding!
Visual Satisfaction Visually everything is amazing! The symmetry, the shaving, im a very satisfied customer ha!
