I submitted my commission request through a google form link when she posted that commissions were open, and not long after I was chosen and contacted through Instagram. Maker CommunicationExtremely communicative! Very friendly and open about all factors of the commission, including giving personal input about fur color selection (which helped me a ton). Project Completion TimeThe project was finished in about 5 months, however, if only considering the time it took for the project to start to when it was finished, it was just over 1 month. At the start, no explicit ETA was given, and that was okay with me! The plush was shipped very quickly after it was completed, and the box came with a couple piece of candy relating to my character! Tracking was provided, and the package arrived on time. Overall Project QualityVery happy!! The final product is super well made, very soft, easily posable, and fits Build-a-Bear clothes perfectly! Durable stitches mean the limbs won’t tear easily, and the embroidery on the eyes and paws are very well done!
