Maker CommunicationMaker was very professional. We do our communication through Discord as it is faster for both of us to use. Maker got back to me within a day about any questions. All communication has been professional and kind. Maker provided pictures of every step of the process. Project Completion TimeYes. Though there were ETA changes due to issues with shipping materials, the maker was very transparent about them with me and did not keep me in the dark. Once my commission was complete, it was shipped by the next business day. Overall Project QualityOverall I am extremely satisfied with the head and I would recommend commissioning from this maker! I commissioned the head with this maker because I was wanting a head from a specific base (Nuke Creations) and the maker was more than happy to do so. I also needed the head to match with a body suit I had gotten from a previous commission and they were able to find matching furs. The older body suit and the newer head work perfectly together. Maker was very transparent with the process and asked for my input throughout the making of the head. The ETA was moved a few times because of issues with shipping/delays due to COVID and the maker let me know every time a delay had happened. This did push the ETA around but due to their transparency I did not have any problems with it. They completed the head very quickly once they were able to and shipped it to me safely. Head was over packaged with packing peanuts and cushioning so it came to me safely! It was great working with this maker. They answered every question I had and made sure that I was happy with the head before it was shipped out. I did ask for a slight design change when it came to the chin of the character, which I let them know before the head was worked on and they were able to make the changes. Components Head Wear SatisfactionFursuit head fits perfectly and is very comfortable to wear. The ventilation is very good since the head is not a bucket head. Vision is very good and the eyes are painted on and sealed well. Head is not heavy so it is very comfortable to wear. Visual SatisfactionBuild is very symmetrical and has a very even and clean shave. Because of this, seam lines are pretty much invisible! I asked the maker to keep the inner ear fur unshaved and it works well with the shaved ear fur. The fur is very high quality and there is no bleeding. The yellow marking is UV fur and it also does not have any bleed. I am very satisfied with the expression and the eyebrows and extra tongue adds a lot of cute character. I requested the maker to use a specific base (nuke creations) so I knew what the overall face shape was going to be. I am very satisfied with the overall appearance of the head and it matches the concept art. Special FeaturesFursuit head has velcro eyelids. Originally I considered magnet eyelids but I then asked the maker for velcro instead and I prefer it more than magnet. The lids are super cute and add a lot of expression. Because the lids and the brows were black, maker used felt for the brows and lids with spandex, which makes the two stand out but also work well with the fur. They are very good quality.
