I contacted them on Instagram for a quote and they had a slot open for the year, which I took. Maker CommunicationCommunication was prompt and I was kept up to date through their trello, which was very well organized. Project Completion TimeThe project ended up being delayed a while, but this was due to the maker moving. I also did not have a deadline because of the pandemic, so I didn't mind the wait. It got to me just in time for me to wear on Halloween! Overall Project QualityThe quality is phenomenal and everyone I've shown him to agrees he's adorable. The right balance of grumpy and cute, no complaints. I've worn him out a few times, including out on the street, and he's held up just fine! Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is perfect! Ventilation and vision are both phenomenal. It is neatly lined and very comfy. Visual SatisfactionHe looks gorgeous! The eyes are stunning, the freckles are nicely done, and all markings are crisp and neatly shaved. I think my favorite part is the ears! They're very well shaped and the fur used on them is very nice. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe handpaws fit very well! They're soft and durable. Visual SatisfactionThey match the concept art very well! The claws are well made and the pawpads are the right shape. Tail Wear SatisfactionFor such a large, curly tail, it sits on the body very well! It doesn't flop around or droop. Visual SatisfactionI am amazed at how well the tail fits the ref! It's an odd shape with asymmetrical markings, but it was pulled off expertly. Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feet are super comfy and fit nice and snug. The bottoms are firmly attached. Visual SatisfactionThey're adorable!
