Maker CommunicationFast replies and openess about time frames and expectations, I never waited more than 10 hours for a response! They were so polite and kind, it felt like talking to a person, no a robot like some other makers. Project Completion TimeMy Partial was slightly delayed but this was communicated with me and was done the week after! I didnt mind at all as they were super apologetic and caring. The bodysuit was done on time! Overall Project QualityIm so happy with the product ive received, id commission them again 100% Heck was amazing with communication and openess with everything, the shipping had a few issues and they called the post office/customs multiple times to get the issue fixed! Just absolutely amazing, please commison them! You wont regret it, I sure dont!! It feels like i got my moneys worth and a suit that'll last me for years from such an amazing maker who truly cares for her commisoners and their experience. When i first got the fullsuit I wore it around my house for an hour to watch TV I was so in love with it and it was SO comfortable! Components Head Wear SatisfactionGenuinely the best vision, ventilation and is super comfy its the most light weight suit head ive ever seen! The head is a foam base with good strong stitched seams all around, she has a permanent angry/sassy expression (as I asked!) That gives her such a unique look! Even with these permanent eyelids her vision is still INSANELY good! Her hair is sewn in securely The fit is perfect, it hugs my head enough to stay in place but hasnt ever given me a headache and doesnt put any pressure on my head. The lining used inside is also extremely soft and doesnt scratch/rub me at all! Visual SatisfactionPERFECT Style is consistent from her other work but she also worked with me to get her JUST right with bits of my own wants involved! This was mainly all decided by Heckhound as this was a premade Partial id pre bought off them but they still made sure i had input! (i later upgraded into a fullsuit for her with my own custom design for her!) The shave job is even allround, no glue spots, balding/exposed foam AT ALL! Genuinely flawless. Even the liner was sewn in so neatly! One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionIve never had a bodysuit fit me out the box so well, this is the first bodysuit ive gotten that I havent had to modify myself after receiving! Fitting Arm: the arms are slightly baggy but it gives me range of movements I wouldnt of had if they were tighter! 10/10 Torso: the torso is tight to show off my figure but it isnt tight that its uncomfortable! I still have a huge range of movement overall without feeling like im straining the suit! (I can do a rolley polley for example of flexibility) The zipper is a side zipper, HQ zipper was used and rarely gets caught/stuck! Easy to do up alone. Legs: the digigrade padding is made with soft material that feels really nice! It doesn't make me feel stuffy/sticky at all even during long uses and has zippers to remove padding easily for washing! The feet zip on flawlessly and are SO comfortable, I feel like im wearing a pair of slippers but also dont feel like im slipping around inside, im secure but comfy. The outside bottoms are secured nicely and are easy to wipe down and clean. Extras: They put a small bit of lining around a high detailed stitched area in the arms to prevent it being itchy, they never mentioned doing this but i think it shows how caring heckhound is with her commisons, everything is made with thought, care, love and your comfort in mind. They truly go above and beyond. 0 complaints Visual SatisfactionSeamless zippers, you wouldnt even know they were there! Perfect shave job all over, no area is patchy/showing seams The design is perfect, nothing is missing/wrong The designs are symmetrical and match up perfectly. They got it wrong a few times but we're always apologising when it was brung up and would have it fixed within 24 hours! Nothing was ever rushed/left unfixed if you had any issues (I rarely did) The colours used are perfect, The fit looks perfect as well Hands Wear SatisfactionChains hands are big puffy cartoony paws, but they dont feel stuffy/sticky when worn for long and have great ventilation through them! Everything is stitched securely! Visual SatisfactionSuper chunky and cute!! The nails are the perfect size and dont look too big/small for the hands, the shave job is great all over too! Tail Wear SatisfactionPartial tail: Two belt hoops that hold it securely on my belt! Its sewn well and doesnt hang/feel loose! Bodysuit tail: Tail is sewn into the bodysuit for ease, stitching is secure and tight but keeps that bounce/wag without losing quality. Visual SatisfactionPerfect sizing, doesnt look too big/small on the bodysuit and off! Shave job is amazing on both and they both have incredible wag/bounce! Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feet are made with crocs inside them for easy wear/take off! Super comfy and dont hurt my feet at all but it also keeps them super secure so they arent sliding around everywhere. Stitching is tight and secure The zippers used to attach the feet to the bodysuit are HQ and the perfect size! They zip on seamlessly and easily! You can leave them zipped up after use too for a easier time getting in next time! Visual SatisfactionThe bottoms of the feet are glued in as theyre outside feet but theres NO glue visible and theyre super neat looking. The cllaws on the feet are so cute and chunky and the shave job is once again- perfect No holes/rough shaving or glue! Perfectly done. The spikes on the legs/arms arent symmetrical but I like that and its how I wanted them! Special FeaturesSPH This was Heckhoundz first time doing one and they knocked it out the park! Zipper is a bit finicky but thats just due to location, completely hidden when zipped up after a small brush and is the perfect sizing/placement for use.
