Head

Wear Satisfaction

The head fits rather well. I tend to wear my hair in a high bun when I wear my fursuit head, which makes it feel pretty snug. This is how I wore it at first and it gave me false impression of the fit. I have since tried wearing it with my hair either down or in a very low bun and the fit is amazing! There’s a bit of extra room which allows for great ventilation. It’s lined with Lycra, so it keeps me very cool and I can wear it for a good while without getting too warm–plus that means a balaclava is optional. As far as vision goes, the suit has follow-me eyes. For some reason, the vision is better out of the left eye than the right eye. I do have to turn my head to get a good look at things and there’s a blind spot right between my eyes, but I’m able to get around safely without bumping into anything.

Visual Satisfaction

Everything is beautifully crafted. Everything is symmetrical, no issues with the shaving, no loose threads, etc.
Body

Wear Satisfaction

Armsleeves – There’s a bit of extra room, so I can comfortably move around without fear of any seams popping. They’re not lined, but I wear Under Armor with them. There’s only one issue with them and that’s the length. When pulled all the way up to my elbow, there’s a gap between them and my hand paws. I have to pull the armsleeves down some to cover that gap between the armsleeves and hand paws. This is not the maker’s fault – I looked back at the arm measurements I sent the maker and noticed that I mis-measured my arms. As of the date of this review, I have not yet contacted the maker regarding this.

Hands and Feet

Wear Satisfaction

Feet – The feet are built around slip-on canvas shoes and there’s a bit of extra padding on the indide. They fit perfectly and the shoes are exactly my size. They’re so comfortable that I find myself wearing them around the house from time to time as slippers!

Hands – They feature puffy/squishy paw pads, which I love. They’re roomy without being too big – my fingers have room to move around. Like with the paws, they’re so comfortable that I wear them around the house sometimes!

Tails

Wear Satisfaction

The tail is extremely solid as far as construction goes. It has what I would call a ‘tail cap’ on the end with the belt loops sewn onto it. The loops are made of a heavy-duty woven material (like what backpack straps are made of) so there’s no concern at all about the loops coming off – they’re made to take a beating!

Overall

Everything matches up perfectly.

Purchase Process

Initial Contact
I contacted her via email and she was fairly quick to respond.

Maker Response Time
We went from email to Facebook messenger a month or two after I sent payment for my suit. This proved to be easier for both the maker and myself – she would respond in a matter of minutes.

Maker Professionalism
This chick was a dream to work with! She was extremely professional and friendly. She had a great amount of enthusiasm, too!

How satisfied are you with the overall customer service with the maker?
Extremely! She kept me informed, I didn’t have to prod her for WIP pics (she sent a bunch!) and she was super easy to keep in contact with!

Project Completion Time
The deadline was FWA 2016 and I got pictures of my finished suit the week before the con.
