Initial ContactIt was very easy to contact the maker, he always ensures to talk in detail about payments and what will affect the price. I usually contact him over telegram. It was very easy to understand what the maker needed from me.

Maker CommunicationI am extremely satisfied with the communication with this maker. He replies often and updates very often, always checks with you when it comes to details on the suit/suit parts before moving forward. He was always very friendly and pleasant to work with.

Project Completion TimeI am satisfied with how long it took to complete the head. He often communicated when he thought it would be done and if the ETA changed and why it was being changed. Tracking was provided the moment they dropped off the package.

Overall Project QualityI am very happy with this head overall, this make has not failed me once the three times I commissioned him and I'm always happy with how his work for me turns out. So far all his products have held out extremely well without any seams falling apart or anything. I haven't had many chances to wear the head, but it stayed perfectly intact when I wore it to ren faire for 6 hours straight. It was absolutely worth the price, and I would not have complained if I had to pay more for it. When it comes to matching with my other parts, it matches very well but I may want to shave the blue parts of the fur on my arms and tail (it was a choice I made a long time ago that I thought looked nice but now looks a bit off for me, that's my own fault not the maker's).

Wear SatisfactionIt feels nice and comfortable, fits perfectly for me. Nothing is pokie or stabby in the head. It didn't absorb my sweat but that wasn't a big deal for me. I can breathe pretty well with it on, which surprised me for my first head experience. It's pretty hard to see generally but I can see okay enough when it comes to straight ahead.

Visual SatisfactionI am pretty satisfied with how she came out, she looks super cute. I have one nitpick which isn't a big deal and an always be changed in the future, which was her front hair bit. I understand it can be difficult to make it how I prefer. Everything else is pretty much perfect, it was shaved perfectly even, her ears and horns were the correct shape, and the muzzle is the exact way I wanted it to be.
