Features: None Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactI applied for a quote and got a response in 2 hours, turns out they had a slot available so i took it and got placed in the queue. Communication started through email and them merged over to twitter, talking with the maker was super simple. They explained what they needed from me, ( Head measurements/ arm measurements ) also explained to me where to start with the measurements to make sure everything was accurate and fit perfect. Maker CommunicationTook 2 hours after the quote to get back to me, We started out on email and then I let the maker know i had a twitter and we could dm there. I was treated with respect the whole entire time through the transaction. Super pleasant to work with, very friendly responses. the communication was perfect through everything. Project Completion TimeI was aware of the queue the whole time, completion was to take about a month and it was agreed upon. I was given a date of estimated completion and Eli was completed before the deadline given. There was not shipping as me and the maker live in the same town. Eli was delivered to me the next day after completed. Overall Project QualityWhen I received Eli I was shocked with the quality! Howlmetal Horrors brought my guy to life, They gave him such a perfect expression and personality. I'm a pretty active person and love the out doors, Eli is normally with me… with that being said his durability is IMMACULATE! I've done winter activities with them and he can withstand the cold/falls. My expectations were WELL EXCEEDED! the material quality is amazing, the resin is super strong and durable, as i said in statements before the ease of wear is amazing. I would not suggest to do so as it is unsafe and i myself have not done it but the vision is so amazing i could drive while wearing the head! Eli was worth every penny spent, and we will continue to spend years together! everything matches up to each seams perfectly (I turned the arm sleeves inside out to double check :P) the flow of everything together looks great. Everything fits perfect and i wouldn't change 1 thing about it. the product is consistent with the makers style. The best part about this is I requested Eli to be a toony resin (hybrid) (The maker has been wanting to do this for quite some time) so they were super excited when i requested this style. Seeing how they use to make toony heads before they discontinued them i would say mixing the style of their realism and toony together is a perfect mix of their style. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head fits perfectly, every movement i make the head makes with me. The head base is made of resin so it doesn't absorb sweat, cleaning is very easy due to the base being resin, its a simple wipe down! The ventilation is immaculate, it almost feels as if I don't have a fursuit on what so ever. The air circulates insanely well, I don't have to gasp for air while walking for the long periods of time. The vision I would say is 100 out of 100, Eli has toony style eyes on the resin base, I can see perfectly in front of me, with no blind spot. The best part about the vision is the PERIPHERAL VIEW!!! I can be looking straight at something but from the sides I can see the room as if I did not have the head on. Again the PERIPHERAL VIEW IS ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE!!!! Visual SatisfactionSymmetry is perfect, everything is aligned just the way I wanted it to be. the shaving is perfect, I asked for a feathering look with a choppy style in some areas and that is exactly what Eli got! The material is amazing, I was linked to choose a fur color from HowlFabric and i chose Black Luxury Shag, With that being said the fur is super soft and very easy to run a brush through, it's like petting a very soft puppy! I asked for a smug look expression with static eyes the maker delivered that with 100% quality! The concept art given to the maker was altered by me a little, where as in the art Eli had floppy ears, I changed my mind and requested his ears stand tall. Upper Body Wear SatisfactionArms sleeves are amazing to wear, they're very comfortable and have great movement! Seams are durable and strong, I can wear long sleeves underneath the arm sleeves and don't have to worry about popping a seam. Inspecting the arm sleeves the seams are strong and straight. the interior is great! Everyone gets hot in fursuit or armsleeves nothing we can do about it đ They have great ventilation and absorb the sweat appropriately, My favorite part about the durability to them is after a long Con Weekend i just throw them into the wash and airdry and they go back to normal with no damage to the seams! Visual SatisfactionSymmetry is perfect for the arm sleeves, the maker asked for measurements of my arms for a custom fit, They sit perfectly on my shoulders right down to my wrists. The fur used for the arm sleeves was was a black samoyed from Fursuit Supplies, Super soft and the perfect length of fur i requested. Im 110% in love with the arm sleeves and the quality!
