Very easy! They responded quickly and with clear prices
Mostly unsatisfied.
Upon putting the down payment down in January, I was told that my commission would be started in September of 2021. I had no problem waiting, so continued to pay my payments until then.
September came, then went. So did October. I eventually reached out in November and asked where I was on the queue, and was told that he would be starting it that month. I had Further Confusion planned in January, which is why I’d been hoping for a September slot, so he could finish it before then. I received 1 wip on November 12, which was a small start on his paws.
I reached out one month later and he’d only progressed a little further, having sewn the fur on the tail. Once again, it was radio silence until I reached out January 13th and asked for progress. All he had was a pile of foam that looked like feetpaws.
After that, I didn’t hear anything until March 9th. Again, it was me who reached out and asked for any progress, and also let him know that I had a convention in April that I would love the suit for. He sent me the beginnings of a headbase. He said he’d try to have it done by then, and would have more updates soon.
I didn’t receive another message until April 21st. He had no new updates, he just needed my telegram since he couldn’t get into his old account. My next wip wasn’t given to me until May 4th, which was an unfurred headbase. The next update I received was June 17th with the completed suit.
This was the most frustrating part of the process, as I had to be the one to ask for updates, and they were so spread apart.
Somewhat satisfied. The completion time was 7 months after starting the suit, however I was told it would be done much much sooner.
Absolutely! Ethan's suit is so much fun to wear, and I always look forward to being able to suit around as a big orange dog <3
Ethan's head is extremely comfortable, breathable, and fits very well. I can wear him for extended periods without tiring, and find it easy to get in and out of suit.
His vision isn't the best, especially in low light situations, as I feel like I'm wearing sunglasses for eyes. This is great while outside, but inside it provides a bit of a struggle.
I cannot overstate how much I LOVE Ethan's head. He is EXACTLY how I pictured him, and all markings are perfectly placed <3
Ethan has 5 finger paws and they are perfect! I asked Daz to make two seperate paws, one with escaping holes for my fingers, and one without. The ones with holes did not compromise the build at all, and are easy to use!
There are some visible stitches, and sometimes it's hard to tell the thumb apart from the other fingers, but other than that I have no complaints!
I LOVE Ethan's tail!! It's so satisfying to wear and wag around, even when I'm not in full suit
Ethan's tail is very scrungly, which I think adds to the overall character of the suit. I love it!
Ethan's feet are decently comfortable, though I do get sore after awhile since they're not built on shoes nor have any padding inside. Though I commissioned them as outdoor feetpaws, the bottom is made from simple foam, which makes them incredibly slippery and dangerous on wet surfaces
I love the way that Daz builds feet, and these are no different 🙂
