Overall

Initial ContactIt was so easy to contact this maker. Since i had already commissioned her once, it was easy to secure a slot once i was ready for more parts. If there was a part of the measuring process i was confused about, Tay was very helpful and clarified everything for me.

Maker CommunicationJust like the last review, response times never took more than a day. I was treated very well by this maker, and she was casual, yet professional about it.

Project Completion TimeThe project took what felt like a week or two to complete, way faster than i was expecting. (it took me from february to april or so to finish paying it off and to send in my dtd, she literally had to wait for me haha). i even remember telling her to take breaks because i felt she was working too hard. Tay was very helpful and provided me many WIP pictures at various stages in the build.

Overall Project Qualitythe build quality is fantastic, everything fits amazingly. not much else to say that hasn’t been said. The quality you get for how quickly Tay works is phenomenal and i love how my suit parts from her have stood up to my usage.

Components

One-Piece Body

Wear Satisfactionthe bodysuit fits absolutely perfectly where it matters, legs have plenty of mobility without feeling like they're going to rip, arms feel like they have plenty of mobility as well. When i made the duct-tape-dummy, i had left extra space for a slightly dropped crotch that worked out perfectly for moving my arms straight up and stretching out. No seams have popped, no fur has ripped, there has been no fur backing warping at all since they have arrived. The arm and leg holes are just the right size too, they arent too tight or loose.
The bodysuit is unlined, which makes it great for keeping cool. however, in the armpits there are absorbent pads to prevent sweat from leaking into the fur. love it!
The zipper goes from the top of the bodysuit in the middle of the chest down to about just above the crotch area, which makes it so easy to get in and out of. i have never felt in danger of getting stuck or ripping the suit as a result.

my one complaint about the suit's fit is that the arms are far too short, which was most likely and issue on my end when making and marking the dtd. however, i happened to have the same fur used on the body on-hand and i plan to fix this very soon.

Visual SatisfactionIn terms of markings, the bodysuit is visually perfect. all markings match the ref sheet to perfection. all star markings are shaved around the edges for a crisper appearance. The fur flows nicely with the tail, which had a zipper added to attatch to the bodysuit, and seamlessly go with the feetpaws! All seams line up between parts and looks great! The spikes on the back of the suit, again, are the same material as the claws, and are so squishy, sturdy, and cute! Although not lined (i would not want it to be anyway for several reasons), the neck is cuffed with cotton that matches the materials used in the lining for the head, handpaws, feetpaws, and tail cap. great attention to detail!

Here's where the negatives come in.
If you read my last review of the mini partial i initially adopted from Kawaiimono, you'd know that my biggest complaint was in the inconsistency of material quality, namely the thin white fur used on the handpaws. The thin white fur makes a reappaearance on this suit on the chest, belly, and "butt" of the body, which was shaved on the lower half, and, if you look too closely, you can see the backing.
The main yellow fur used on the body was also not the same fur used on the head, handpaws, and tail. This particular fur is much thinner and rougher than what was used on those parts, and unfortunately mats/looks unbrushed and sometimes gross far quicker than the original fur. The original fur was a little brighter (and UV reactive) than what was used on the body. In spite of all this, i do not blame Tay whatsoever for this. Both furs were sourced (as per my last review) from LA's fashion district, with no direct way of knowing a color/quality match, especially after having used all the original fur on another project soon after Fable's mini partial was complete. I did end up informing the maker of this issue fairly recently, to which she was apologetic. To that i say, "don't be sorry!" you didnt have any swatches of the original to color match, not to mention the fur originally used is becoming exceedingly expensive and rare (because, as far as i'm aware, this fur is now out of production!).
Let this be a warning to you, dye lots change! if you eventually want to upgrade your partial to a fullsuit, keep track of what furs were used/colormatches for your fur just in case they go out of production or change dye lots!

Feet

Wear SatisfactionAlong with a bodysuit, i also commissioned a set of outdoor feetpaws to go with the rest of it.
In terms of fit, the feetpaws fit okay. they were sized according to a 8×11 scan of a tracing of one of my shoes. it's difficult to size something like this when you dont have exact measurements. With the shoe on (the on that i had traced), the feet fit snugly but the shoe's heel was stepping on the back of the lining, which i didnt like. Without the shoe, the feet were far to big and floppy, generally were unwearable. In the end, i found a pair of slippers i was going to use for a different project that fit the inside of the paws PERFECTLY. they still flop when i walk, but it isnt tiring and is honestly kind of cute. They are very easy to put on and take off, even with the slippers inside of them, and i'm never afraid of ripping the lining or getting stuck in it.
The soles of the feetpaws are EVA foam gym mats, and seem to be about 1/2 inch in thickness, at least to my memory, and have no damage to them after wearing them for around 10 hours at most. the inside is shaped by sturdy 1/2 inch upholstery foam with a hollow inside and stuffed a little, which is what caused the feet to flop in the first place, as the stuffing moves when you wear it a lot.
As with the bodysuit, i have no complaints about the build quality- no popped seams, no ripped fur, no exposed foam, perfect!

Visual Satisfactionvisually, i think the feetpaws are so cute. They're big and stompy and seamlessly flow with the bodysuit! The little claws are the same material as the handpaw claws and spikes on the tail and bodysuit and look great.
The white marking along the side of the bottom of the foot was omitted from the suit, with good reason in my opinion: the white fur would absolutely get very visibly dirty pretty quickly.
The EVA foam of the "outdoor" part of the paw is visible just a little bit in pictures, but i dont mind as it's the price to pay for keeping the fur clean.

My one and only complaint with these paws are the same complaint i have with the bodysuit (fur quality/wrong fur used, again, not the maker's fault imo) but there's no need to re-hash what was already discussed.
overall, very cute, and basically perfect.
