It was made extra roomy to accommodate my glasses. It was a little large at first which caused it to continue to move if I turned my head too fast, and MoreFurLess allowed me to send it back for some adjustments. My glasses don’t fit as easily now, but this isn’t an issue at all now and is in no way MoreFurLess’ fault as I asked to have it tightened. The ventilation is excellent. The muzzle is big and hollow and as such it’s easy to cool down in suit. The vision is also great. While I can only see out of one eye at a time while walking due to a large blind spot in front, I have great peripherals and it makes navigating very easy, even without a handler. Visual Satisfaction The symmetry is perfect. No issues there. Directly under the chin the shaving looks a bit choppy and uneven, but it can’t be noticed unless you’re actively looking for it. Other than that, the shaving is fine. The fur feels and looks fine, although a bit different than most other furs I’ve seen which makes matching a bit difficult. It’s a bit darker than it appears in photos. The expression and appearance is wonderful! It’s cute and expressive with that distinctive MoreFurLess style! I got a long tongue and eyelids with her, along with magnetic eyebrows, so I can have a wide range of emotions displayed! Special Attachments and Features Magnetic Eyebrows, Magnetic eyelids, exchangeable tongues. The eyelids and eyebrows are magnetic, although the eyelids are rather tricky to get on, especially while in suit. The eyebrows have a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, they’re easy to adjust and super fun as well! The tongues are attached via velcro. Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? It matches perfectly other than the short muzzle. I was only given one foaming WIP which was front view, and as such, I did not notice and was not able to ask for a fix until it was too late, although they did try to lengthen it a bit. How well does everything fit together and match up? They match up very well! Overall Project Quality How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project? Quite satisfied. There were, however, holes in the quills when I recieved her. They were on the underside and even I didn’t notice until a few days later while I was brushing her out. I was told that the sewing machine had been acting up and sometimes skipped stitches, and the nature of the holes matched this. When I sent Falcy back for a sizing readjustment, they fixed this and I have had no issues since! Purchase Process Initial Contact Very easy! Kisho and Sways are super friendly and welcoming and it makes working with them a pleasure! Maker Response Time How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker? Very satisfied. Responses were usually made within a day, especially in the evenings. When they are actively working on your suit, response times are very fast! Maker Professionalism How satisfied are you with the overall customer service and professionalism of the maker? Very satisfied. They’re both very fun and kind! I even made a few adjustments to my commission while waiting for my turn in the queue and they were happy to add them! Project Completion Time How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project? Satisfied. It was done right on time. Final Comments Pros- Fast response times, fun, unique suits and overall very satisfactory. Cons- May take some artistic liberties with features, just make sure that you point out anything that is important about the character. I was talking with another MFL suiter who had this same issue. One thing to note is that it may take a little while for your turn in the queue. While I had to wait nearly a year for my turn, ( most likely due to needing a payment plan ) I am very satisfied and find the finished product well worth the wait! Are you the maker of this item?
