I saw them on twitter and filled out the quote form and putting in for a slot. Head measurements were not needed.
Communication was definitely a strong positive. Always responded to messages in a reasonable timeframe, was patient and happy to answer questions, sent plenty of WIP shots, and made sure the fur colors were just the right ones before starting. Very friendly and polite.
Project completed quickly and on time, taking about 2 months.
This fursuit is amazing and definitely worth what I paid. It costed me $900 (although that was 2 years ago, prices have since changed) to be honest 1200 would have still been a fair price. It is extremely aesthetically pleasing and is the perfect representation of my fursona. He really makes my unusual character work very well and the few complaints I have are very minor. In addition, it's durable, and a very comfortable suit to wear and has only had one minor issue that was easily fixed (see tail section). It regularly gets compliments from strangers at furry conventions.
Head is very comfortable and has plenty of room for me to wear with my glasses underneath. Definitely feels very professionally made with good materials. Ventilation is quite good as well. Visibility is also good, however keep in mind this is my first fursuit head so I don't have any others to compare it to.
Head exceeds my expectations visually. No visible backing or seams. Perfectly fits the concept art and looks stellar, to the point that I regularly get complimented by strangers at cons. Given my fursona's unorthodox design with antlers and large bat-like ears, they did a great job. If I had to give one nitpick, I'd say the symmetry isn't completely perfect and one antler's at a slightly lower angle than the other, however you can barely notice it and doesn't detract from how much I love how he looks.
Fursuit paws are not lined, but feel very comfortable to wear. No pokey feelings and have very good dexterity for fursuit paws.
Paws look very nice, with good material used and even shaving. Paw pads and claws are fleece. Matches ref perfectly.
Tail is comfortable and appropriately waggy. Definitely feels durable and well put together. Doesn't feel too awkward despite being a larger tail. Seam that connects the belt to the tail has broken once, but it was likely a mistake I made at the con, and was very easy to fix.
Tail moves as expected, is appropriately fluffy, and looks great overall. Materials are high quality and it fits the ref.
