LLM is highly professional in this regard by providing not only email contact, but also by keeping wips and the queue list frequently updated which allowed me to track the progress on the queue and when my slot would be worked on. Components Head Wear SatisfactionIncredibly comfortable to wear, can fit my glasses inside, excellent ventilation and breathability, good vision, super soft, doesn't cause pain. Visual SatisfactionThe teefs and tongue are adorable. LLM accommodated my request for LED eyes as my character's eyes glow. I love the way she looks in terms of expression. The hair is a beast to tame, however this is to be expected with longer hair as that feature was something I chose to have on my suit. With some help after I put the head on, I am able to move the hair to the area I would like it to be. Plus LLM included a whole hair care tutorial guide which is incredibly helpful. Long hair on a suit requires additional maintenance on top of regular suit maintenance. So be sure you are prepared for this before requesting long hair in your own suit. Visually though, it's 100% worth the additional effort. LLM adequately prepared me as a client for this before I paid for my slot by informing me of the extra maintenance required and confirmed that this is what I wanted. Hands Wear SatisfactionHand paws are easy to put on and take off by myself and fit smoothly. I can move every finger with ease and have immaculate hand control movements in these paws. Build materials and seams are strong. Visual SatisfactionLLM accurately matched and followed my refs to a T. Shaving is even all around, markings are symmetrical. Tail Wear SatisfactionTail is pretty large, but also still on the light side. There is a strong belt loop that I feel really helps secure the tail where it should be and doesn't feel weak. Visual SatisfactionThe markings are symmetrical and the tail has a pleasing curvature and size. Feet Wear SatisfactionBoth sets of feet paws are built on shoes I provided which fit nicely. Special FeaturesLED Lighting works well and is an amazing touch that really helps make her feel like mine. The wefted hair is just as expected and really helps bring out the suit's character.
