I contacted them through Instagram and the got back to me almost immediately. Maker CommunicationResponse time was AMAZING! They didn't hesitate to let me know when they were working on it and they kept me updated with pics on progress and everything. I essentially saw them building everything through pictures. Project Completion TimeThere was a bit of time where there wasn't anything being worked on, I was completely fine with it. (personal issues) Within the last month they completed the head, tail, and paws and had them shipped out before the date I would have liked them to be completed by. I was beyond happy and ecstatic to see how quickly everything was completed Overall Project QualityI am beyond happy with the quality of my head, feet, and tail. It's surpassed my expectations as a commissioner and made me extremely happy when I received the product. Components Head Wear SatisfactionVery comfortable, Semi breathable, vision is very clear!
