Perfect fit! Visual Satisfaction I am complimented on my suit at every con I attend and on twitter. Ritz really brought my baby to life! 100/10 Special Attachments and Features Ritz custom ordered my head base and even included a spot for a fan for me! Body Wear Satisfaction The suit lining makes her so easy to wear for long periods of time! Visual Satisfaction Gorgeous overall! Also my very curvy features on the suit were spot on to what I wanted! Special Attachments and Features The lining inside the suit was definitely something I’d consider a bonus feature! My padding is sewn in making the suit very easy to care for! Hands and Feet Wear Satisfaction They are very comfy and look brand new after 2 years! Visual Satisfaction Exactly what I asked for! Down to the little heart details on the paws! Overall Product Satisfaction How well does everything fit together and match up? Everything is Seamless Overall Project Quality My suit exceeded any and all expectations I had for it. Purchase Process Initial Contact Extremely! I filled out a form for the initial head and a few months later I contacted the maker to commission a full suit. Maker Response Time Ritz is very good about being professional as well as available as they can be to their commissioners. Maker Professionalism I was treated like a customer! Ritz is calm, professional and easy to talk to. I wouldn’t say we were like friends as commissioning anyone doesn’t automatically make you a new friend. Communication from the start was clear and no surprises or excuses came up. Project Completion Time My suit was finished so much faster than I expected!!
