Pre-Made Head Wear Satisfaction The head fits very comfortably, and is lightweight! There’s a small piece of foam that rests on my forehead to keep it snug. The ventilation could be a little better, but is very good. Vision gets the same mark since the eyes are not completely perforated, but I can still see very well. Visual Satisfaction The look of the head is exactly as described, and looks absolutely beautiful in person. The face is perfectly symmetrical, and the shaving is very smooth. The expression is very cute as well, even with black sclera as part of the design, the character still looks very sweet and inviting! I especially love the small bit of brushing detail for her blush marks on the cheeks! The fur has a pretty shine to it, even on the shaved areas, and brushes down very smoothly and easily. The tongue is also removable for a different kind of expression! The following eyes are gorgeous as well. They used perforated metal with an adhesive print out for the iris, and the final look is something really unique and professional looking. Overall Product Satisfaction How well does everything fit together and match up? Everything is very consistent, it’s obvious the maker took a lot of care in providing a well put together head. Overall Project Quality How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project? Very satisfied, the head is absolutely gorgeous, and I never have any trouble wearing it! Purchase Process Initial Contact How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote? Very satisfied. My first contact I believe was through email, and they were easy to talk with even with a bit of a language barrier (My first language is English, theirs is Japanese) Maker Response Time How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker? Very! The whole arrangement only took a couple of days due to time zone differences, but we had everything taken care of within a week. Maker Professionalism How satisfied are you with the overall customer service and professionalism of the maker? Very, Sateko is a wonderful person to do business with. Even though our first languages are different, they were very patient and handled every interaction with a great deal of professionalism. Project Completion Time No deadline was made since this was a premade head, but it was shipped very quickly! Between first contact and the box arriving at my door, I think it was only about 2 weeks. The suit is so precious, and everyone who’s interacted with it loves it. Even with the foam padding to fit my head, she can still fit quite a few different people, I love how versatile the head is because of this!
