The pays I ordered from AlphaDogStudios blow the other pair I own out of the water. Informed Maker of Issues No, I haven’t run into issues so far. The stitching is really good, more on that below. I am sure if you asked you get them bigger or smaller. They are incredibly comfortable, and its been kinda chilly at night so I have been wearing them before bed and while watching tv. Visual Satisfaction Ok so the reason I went with AlphaDogs Studio for my new indoor paws was the stitching alone. There only a HANDFUL of makers willing to do exterior paw pad embroidery, which is extremely time consuming and, from what I gather, burns through the thread faster than a Italian fashionista the month before Milan Fashion Week. As seen in the photo, the craftsmanship and the attention to detail blows most other makers out of the water. I actually didn’t even think about a paw liner but AlphaDogs Studio went out of their way to make sure the liner was matched with my suit and done up nicely. The toes don’t look floppy or worse, like you are wearing a brick covered in fake fur. They are mostly for indoors and when people see me rocking them I get sooooo many nice comments. I totally recommend them where ever I go! Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? They were spot. on. Exactly as they appear in my suit refs. To be fair, they are not fancy, white with black soles, but they totally look great on the rest of my suit and really make them *pop* How well does everything fit together and match up? White is a fairly easy color to match, and luckily, the paws look flush with my suit 🙂 Overall Project Quality How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project? Exceptional. I have worn my paws for at least 50 hours indoors, they are toasty and well made. Purchase Process Initial Contact How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote? Instant, took about 45 minutes to sort out the details and negotiate the shipping ( Denmark to California). Maker Response Time Honestly the maker made every attempt to contact *me*. I think if I was being reviewed, my presence was sporadic at best. But if I had a question, as long as it was in the morning (PST), my questions would be answered within the hour. Maker Professionalism The reason I am leaving a review is the customer service. AlphaDogs Studio was ON IT. I received update photos a couple times a week for 2 weeks, all my input was taken into consideration. Project Completion Time How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project? Totally satisfied! Construction and shipping all withn a month, From *EUROPE* no less! Final Comments The biggest con for me at least, is simply time-zone. Being halfway around the world, the shipping was obviously expensive, and I am thankfully my paws did not get held up in customs! Another con of this maker is availability commission-wise, I was pretty lucky to get a spot, but the spots fill out fast. Everything else is a serious pro, the attention to detail and the turnaround time really should seal the deal for anyone, but what *Really* won me over was the constant feedback, and the consideration to make sure my pair of paws were tailored to me and totally unique. My paws are black and white, but I was able to get a cool liner, and heel pad, with stitched and stuffed claws! It really made a part of my suit that some criminally overlook, pop and standout, and that’s because I received the same input and consideration you would expect from a master tailor on Bond Street.
