Later on the communication went to E-Mail and Telegram. Maker CommunicationI immediately got answers to my questions and all concerns I've had. It was so easy comparing to some other fursuit makers. Just a short message, maybe a few hours waiting and then there was the answer. The whole community behind the maker is great as well! Active channels and groups and a lot of passion! Project Completion TimeThe completion time was very accurate. We talked about a little over a year before, sadly the pandemic hit in then. But if not, it would have been one year and a few weeks. I had to wait to pick the suit up, due to border restrictions back then. Overall Project QualityI was shocked how amazing the fursuit turned out. After a decade with my older fursuit, it was kind of difficult to satisfy me with something new. But the Karelia Fursuit for sure did it! I wanted to pick the fursuit up myself from Denmark and even that was possible. As I had some special personal requirements, like them not wearing my fursuit at all for photos, etc. everything was easy to do. I came over to their place, worn the fursuit for photos and so on. So the overall communication, commission process, final "product" etc. is just perfect and exactly what I wished for and not expected in the first place. I can really recommend the maker! The style totally hit my spots and everything on the fursuit is amazing. The seams, the quality of everything inside. Just great! Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is really comfortable! The view was something I haven't expected though. My old head had a great view already but this one is way better. One thing I have to admit though is, that the ears are very stiff, which makes it difficult to sleep on the side in suit. But it's still possible, I just need to get used to it. The fact that the foam is not present at the back of the head makes it really lightweight and comfortable. Ventilationwise I am very happy. The snout is wide open and works great! Visual SatisfactionJust amazing! At the beginning, when I got some WIPs, I figured out, that the seam was kind of visible but after mentioning it, it was changed within one day. Same happened to the "hair" or "haircut" so to speak. I found it a bit short and they made it longer within a day. No extra costs and no big problems. I am really satisfied and pleased with the look of him. When I look a bit downwards, he looks really sexy and suggestive. If I look up he is happy. Really fits my character! Hands Wear SatisfactionI am very happy with the handpaws. I can still easily play Smash Bros with my fursuit on and it works like a charm. The handpaws are not as long as my old ones, but I commissioned longer ones already and they are perfect! Visual SatisfactionThey look pretty well, the fur on the fingers is shaved and the rest is as long as the body. It looks pretty good! Feet Wear SatisfactionI sent my own shoes to them in the first place and they are inside. It fits really good like that. I should have thought about the shoelaces though, as I forgot to set them to the right size beforehand. It was quite tricky to do that inside of the feetpaws but worked too. They are very comfy now. Visual SatisfactionVery good! The fur on the front is also shaved, so it fits the handpaws. The sole though was done after a 10 km hike in the Austrian alps. I replaced them with some own sole material and it was very easy to do. Looks perfect! Special FeaturesI have an extra pouch inside of the bodysuit for my Insulin pump. That pouch contains a little hole to put the tube through and its the perfect size. In the commission process I've just sent over the sizes and descriptions. Works perfect!
