I purchased the item directly through Pinku. In my initial conversation with Pinku, she was happy to answer all my questions and provide detail on her services. Pinku had one custom slot available, and she was able to look over my character and accept me as a client! Maker CommunicationI was really impressed with communication from Pinku. I was provided video updates of my project daily through Telegram. There was a slight issue with a fur order, and she was transparent about that. She went the extra mile to resolve the issue and the project was still delivered on time. Project Completion TimeI was satisfied by the project completion time. I was quoted 3 months and it was finished on time. Overall Project QualityI am EXTREMELY satisfied by the final product I received. This is my first fursuit. Kira turned out so beautiful, I constantly get compliments on how pretty she is. From the high quality materials, the precision shaving, and the overall attention to detail, Pinku's Crafty Cottage truly cares about their work. They want their customers to love their work, their goal is to make a product that their customer loves, and they delivered. I am blown away by the quality of my fursuit. I can't help but feel joy everytime I wear her. It makes me proud to showcase Pinku's work. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is extremely comfortable to wear. It fits perfectly on my head. My head is 23 inches. Pinku includes an optional pad for the inside of the head if your head is on the smaller side. The head is foam and a pull-on style. The head is lined with a custom liner. I wear a balaclava so I don't notice much sweat on the inside of the head when I'm finished suiting. The eyes are removable for easy cleaning which is an amazing feature! Ventilation is great and vision is excellent. There are the typical fursuit blindspots, but there are no major blindspots impacting wearability. Visual SatisfactionI am extremely satified with how my suit turned out. It is a visually stunning suit. Markings are all sewn in either by hand, or machine. No airbrushing. Each marking is crisp. The shaving on the head is incredible and really makes the suit stand out as as high quality suit. The fur is high quality. My suit's hair is sewn in, and the way Pinku made it flow looks so good! The suit came with 2 sets of eyelids. One that was minky fabric to look natural, and one glitter eyelid for a more glam look. The eyelids attach via velcro. Pinku offers several eyelid types and colors based upon the mood you want. My suit has optional piercings as well. They are held in by strong magnets and are made from a minky fabric. My suit also came with two tongues; one standard tongue, and one maw lick tongue that attached to the muzzle magnetically. Overall, I am really impressed with the way the suit head came out. I get compliments all the time on how pretty she is! The markings, fur colors, and hair match my reference almost exactly! Hands Wear SatisfactionThe paws I have from Pinku are great! They are super comfortable to wear. I have a good range of movement when wearing them. They are the appropriate length for my hands and wrists. They are easy to slip on and off. The quality is once again amazing. I've had no issues with seams. There are also pillows that provide shape in the paws. The paws can be a bit cumbersome to grab items however, due to the 3d shape/aspect to them. Visual SatisfactionThe paws achieve the same amazing quality as the head. The markings on the paws are all sewn in either by hand or machine. The shaving and fur quality is top tier. The paw pads and claws are made of minky fabric. The colors used for the paws match the ref perfectly. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail is comfortable and easy to wear. It can be attached to a belt via a belt loop. There is an EVA foam base on the tail that makes it sit flat against the wearer. The straps on the belt loop are adjustable. Visual SatisfactionThe tail is my second favorite thing after the head. The markings are all sewn in by machine or by hand. To achieve fluffiness, there are two different fur piles used, which make it look visually appealing. The tail was also custom measured so that it would be long, but not touch the floor. Feet Wear SatisfactionI have indoor feet paws from Pinku. They are a slipper style. They are EXTREMELY comfortable to wear. The movement is amazing in them. No issues with ankles showing or anything like that. They stay on my feet and I can easily take them on and off. Quality is once again very high. The interior is lined with the same custom liner as the head. Visual SatisfactionThe feet look great! Once again, the markings on the feet are all sewn in by either a machine or by hand. The fur is all even, and high quality. The use of different piles of fur make it look more visually appealing.
