Overall

Initial ContactIt was super super easy. Like enter your info in a form and then WVS will contact you with the specifics and a quote. (This may be a little outdated now since the way they do quotes changed but everything is still very clear). They mention when quotes are open in their bio and TOS and outline everything else that they needed from me when it came time for it. Money was sent via EasyStart in 3 installments.

Maker CommunicationProbably if not some of the best communication I've had working with an artist before! Seriously, I never had to wait more than a day (and often no more than a few hours) to get in contact with WVS. They're always pleasant and nice to talk to but also very direct with their workflow and needs from me as a customer. No nonsense and no teeth pulling, just grade A communication all around ^^

Project Completion TimeYes. It was accurate to the ETA provided and never felt slow. Shipping was timely and tracking was provided. I'm pretty sure EMS was used with USPS delivering at the last leg.

Overall Project QualityUh yeah I'm really happy with Koorrah LOL. To make things short, between comfort, quality, and appearance, everything is top notch! Really the only thing I haven't mentioned yet was value. To be transparent, I paid $4,880 for everything and never for one second did I regret it. Part of why I was willing to pay what I believe to be a relatively high price point was because of my maker and what they had to offer (which I'll get into in the sections below). I haven't worn Koorrah for that long yet but after being a little rough with her and washing her a few times, it seems like things will hold up for a while. So yeah, no regrets haha.

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionWearing Koorrah's head is pretty comfy. I'm not a fan of heavy and or tight masks (seriously heavy ones SUCK) so Koorrah's was perfect for me!

The head is SUPER light for its size and I never feel any pressure on the top of my head. It is quite roomy and my head never feels too cramped or uncomfortable. The head is fully lined with a nice soft padding that's also detachable which makes cleaning a lot easier. Ventilation is alright, there is airflow (especially if I'm using a fan) but it can get pretty stuffy sometimes. This isn't to fault the maker either because I tend to get hot pretty quickly in general, plus, wearing a balaclava underneath doesn't help. Vision is also not bad. I can see pretty clear for fursuit standards and can still do things without messing up too bad (walking, bowling, looking at my phone).

Really I don't have any issues with the overall comfort.

Visual SatisfactionKoorrah's design isn't very complicated but I was especially picky with how her distinctive features would be made (ears, nose, and eyes) which my maker did SUCH a good job on! She's bascially perfectly symmetrical as far as I can tell. The shaving is smooth throughout and the transitions are soooo seamless (front to side fur). She's also SOOO soft to the touch and even when I'm not wearing her I'll just mindlessly rub her fur sometimes lol.

In terms of actual appearance I could not be happier! She has a simple happy expression and a sassier one when the eyelids are worn. The eyes are not the follow me type which I really love (I'm personally not a fan of indented eyes) and she does match the concept art! I'm glad my maker took the time to change little things and also confirm with me if I like them as Koorrah's design changed slightly over the work period. Any changes that were made were for the better!

Yeah I really love how she looks XD

Hands

Wear SatisfactionI don't have too much to say about her boppers. They're durable, they're comfy, and relatively easy to put on. I don't wear them too often because I hate not being able to hold things comfortably (I have big claws okay).

Visual SatisfactionThe claws are even simpler in design than the head and tail (only two colors). They look great (completely match the reference provided) and are VERY Bori UwU.

Tail

Wear SatisfactionThe tail is a tail lol. I'm not sure how it would be uncomfortable? Its pretty light and relatively easy to put on. Not much to say here either but it's great in terms of comfort and quality.

Visual SatisfactionThe tail is also VERY BORI XD. It's only three colors but my maker also made sure to do a good job with its general shape. They sent me photos of a trace-out of what it would look like so I knew what to expect. It looks great and the little cross section with the muscle and bone is *chefs kiss*

RatingFursuitReview rates by asking the question:

YES This review has been marked with a positive rating.
This means the reviewer would recommend WesternVibe Saloon.

Final CommentsYes I would recommend WVS to my friends! I think I mentioned just about everything I wanted to but I'd like to make one final point. WVS will customize what you're looking for to such a high degree that most other makers wouldn't do. Seriously, check out the rest of their work. I cannot overstate how much I love their style and willingness to try new things! It's to the point where if I get another one of my characters made, I'm going straight back to them LOL. Yeah I'm glazing them but it's well deserved XD. Alright that's about it ^^
