Puzzoz always was clear with the ETAs of each part, and was understandable with my doubts and always answered questions, some of them being extremely silly. Every time a new part was done Puzzoz informed me with photos and asked for confirmations before continuing with the work. Was also very communicative about their temporary pause from fursuit making due to University, which was appreciated a lot. Project Completion TimeVery satisfied. Was able to complete everything before Furizon (commissioned them on February). Without considering the time paused for University and late shipping for the fur, three months is truly a wonderful time to be able to finish a fursuit head, paws and arm sleeves. Overall Project QualityOverall I'm more than satisfied with the partial suit. Everything feels comfortable to use and truly helps me in getting into "being a green bear" feeling. I sometimes forget I have a fursuit head. The only thing I'm not happy about is the quick heat it can reach inside the head, but it's a problem with foam-based heads, and can be fixed with a small fan inside and by losing weight Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is comfy and fits perfectly my head, there is a slight space at the front of my head, but that allows me to move the fursuit head up and down fast which can create funny moments. After a while it gets really hot, but it's because of the foam. I can see really well as I can also take photoshoots while wearing it. Visual SatisfactionWhile the symmetry is not perfect and you can see some stitches (veeeeeery slight ones, you have to really look at them) I really like it and so proud how Puzzoz was able to create for the first time a bear fursuit head. Upper Body Wear SatisfactionArm sleeves are really well done, the fursuit maker specifically made one for them first just to be sure 100% to deliver a proper result for me. They are comfy to wear, the quality of the fur is the same of the fursuit head. The interior, while it was strange to wear, was okay after a while but only because my body, for some reason, decided to have a slight allergic reaction Visual SatisfactionIt blends well with the hands, fur is top quality and blends well too with normal clothings Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands are comfy to wear, they have also finger escapes which are useful when I take photos while wearing my fursuit head. Unfortunately they are a little small but because I did not give proper measurements, so that's my fault and not of the fursuit maker. Puzzoz also put a squeaker on the right hand which for me was a really wonderful surprise. Overall they are really good. Visual SatisfactionVisually they satisfy me. Final CommentsI highly recommend Puzzoz for those who want a Toony style suit, here and everywhere I go. Everyone was amazed by the quality and how the green bear came to life.
