The handpaws easily fell off due to how small I am, and the maker gladly let me ship the handpaws to them and they made them tighter so they didn't fall off anymore! Features: Hair / Wig Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactEasy! I messaged them, and they directed me to an email to email them at! I found them at GSFC 2018! Measurements were easy, and communication was great. I didn't need a DTD since I was only getting a mini partial. Maker CommunicationCass was very nice to work with, we communicated mostly through Telegram and they were nice! When is ask them for updates they'd update me, and were flexible and asked me questions about the fur, and such! Project Completion TimeThe suit was completed very quickly and I was excited with how fast it went! Everything was shipped and arrived in good time. Overall Project QualityOverall I am happy with my suit! There are some things I wish were improved, however I knew that Cass was a new maker when I commissioned them and was happy to accept some problems. Cass has improved a lot since I commissioned them, so I hope to commission them again someday when their queue gets better! Overall, definitely worth what I paid. Components Head Wear SatisfactionVery comfy head! It isn't to tight, and fits fine. Nothing is uncomfortable and the vision is pretty good. It can get hot in the suit, but that's expected honestly. Visual SatisfactionThe overall look of the suit is great! The shaving started out rough, however I sent the suit back to the maker a couple years after I got him for touch ups and they fixed the shaving! The blue fur isn't as soft to the touch as I would like, however that genuinely doesn't bother me. I wish we could of found a fur color that more matched my fursona, however that wasn't really a fault of the maker and more just a lack of product so overall I'm pretty happy with it! Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands started out to big, and easily fell off during hand shakes and such. However when I brought it up to the maker, they offered to tighten them and now they no longer fall off! The pawpads are absolutely adorable and squishy and I love them. The interior isnt lined, and overall not something I've had issues with. Visual SatisfactionMy hands were simple, just plain white so there's not much to comment about! Looks great and is soft! Tail Wear SatisfactionMy tail came out great! The purple fur on it isn't as soft as I would of liked, but that's alright! The straps that hold the tail to the belt broke after acouple uses, however it was an easy fix and with some sewing it hasn't broke again. (My suit was also one of the first commissioned suits the maker had made, so they've probably improved by now!) The tail is great! Feels good to wear, markings are accurate and it's a good height for what I wanted. Visual SatisfactionTail matches the concept, markings look good!
