There, I met one of the two fursuit makers who personally recommended their services. We later arranged an order for a fursuit. I contacted the maker in person and we also met again in a café to finalize the details, which helped build trust. Although I had some initial concerns about potential scams, meeting them face-to-face reassured me. It was easy to understand what they needed from me regarding the fursuit requirements. Maker CommunicationThe communication with the fursuit maker was very good—almost perfect, I’d say. We stayed in regular contact through WhatsApp, usually speaking at least once a week. I found this level of communication very reassuring, as it showed they genuinely cared about delivering the final product in the condition I expected. The maker frequently sent me progress pictures and updates, which helped build my confidence that everything was on track. They were friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to—more like a collaborator than a distant service provider. The entire process felt smooth and respectful, without unnecessary delays or personal distractions. Project Completion TimeWhen it came to deadlines, I was very flexible and understanding. I knew that creating a fursuit is not an easy task and that unexpected situations can always arise—one such case happened when the maker had to be hospitalized for a few days, which understandably could have delayed the project. During our conversations, I always made it clear that I didn't want them to rush, as I believe rushing often leads to poor results. What mattered more to me was regular communication and knowing the progress, rather than receiving the costume on a specific day and time. In the end, the final project was delivered in mid-December, which was roughly within the time frame I had expected. What stands out to me the most is the strong, well-built appearance of the suit — it gives me the physique of a bodybuilder, which is especially meaningful as I personally struggle to gain muscle mass despite regular gym workouts. There's a decent amount of space inside the dog's mouth, which could be used to install a small fan. However, for someone who wears glasses, it might be a bit uncomfortable to wear the head for extended periods. That said, I'm genuinely very happy with the final product. Visual SatisfactionAs for the shape of the Shepherd’s head, I think it was very well crafted — especially with its joyful expression that resembles a happy German Shepherd, complete with a lolling tongue and a black ridge between its alert, pointed eyes. The color transition lines blend seamlessly with the bodysuit, enhancing the overall look. In my opinion, my fursuit maker truly did an outstanding job. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionMy German Shepherd bodysuit was crafted exceptionally well. At the very beginning, my fursuit maker was provided with a custom body dummy made using a painter’s suit and duct tape. Thanks to that, the bodysuit fits me perfectly. The fur used is quite shaggy, which makes the suit fairly warm to wear — although that was out of his control. Despite that, I’m very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship my fursuit maker delivered. Visual SatisfactionWhen it comes to the exterior appearance of the bodysuit made by my fursuit maker, I can say quite confidently that the final result looks fantastic. The fur colors blend perfectly with the rest of the fursuit, and the look of the muscular chest turned out truly ideal. Inside the bodysuit, my fursuit maker installed additional zippers that allow for foam padding to be inserted, creating the effect of a well-built chest from the outside. Near the tailbone area, a small opening was made, making it easy to attach the tail without any issues. The hole is large enough to fit the tail strap through, yet small enough that it's barely noticeable. I can confidently say that, in my opinion, the bodysuit was crafted perfectly and exactly according to my instructions. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe gloves (paws) are very comfortable to wear and fit my hands perfectly. My fursuit maker really paid attention to detail, making sure they not only look great but also feel great. Their precise fit allows for natural and easy finger movement. Visual SatisfactionWhen it comes to the paws (gloves) of my German Shepherd, I can confidently say they were crafted with great care. The fur color matches the bodysuit perfectly — line for line. The added black claws look fantastic, and the black paw pads on the palms create a wonderful overall effect. Tail Wear Satisfaction"I'm very happy with how the tail fits. Wearing it is no problem at all — it allows for a wide range of movement without feeling heavy or restrictive. Putting it on is easy and doesn’t take much effort. The craftsmanship is excellent — it's soft and plush, almost like hugging a teddy bear. I'm truly grateful for the hard work my fursuit maker put into creating it."
