Head was made on balaclava base, was tight on initial wearing but maker assisted with direction on how to adjust same to my head size upon delivery. Vision is good, no large blind spots and lack of peripheral vision as expected. Visual Satisfaction Appearance is symmetrical with fur evenly shaved. The head has airbrushed markings by the outer corners of the eyes and the freckles on either side of the snout. The fur in these areas still feels soft and smooth and has no bleeding. I am happy with the head expression. It reflects the character’s mannerisms very well, and the concept art. The eyes were initially static but later changed to follow-me when the maker refurbished the mouth per my request. Special Attachments and Features Fursuit head has whisker attachments on each side of the snout. Clear whiskers are difficult to see in wide photography shots but aesthetically pleasing when viewed in person. Placement is good, being symmetrical on each side, and have shown no sign of coming loose despite wear and storage. Body Wear Satisfaction Very comfortable and easy to move in. No issues with seams, very durable. Average airflow. Suit does not contain an inner lining. Body suit also came with removable digi pillow padding for ease of washing. Visual Satisfaction Markings match character design. Markings are sewn rather than airbrushed. Body suit does not contain any airbrushing. Shaving is even. Very satisfied with quality of fur used and finished product. Hands and Feet Wear Satisfaction Good quality hand and foot paws. Tony four fingered paws and outdoor foot paws built on a slip-on shoe base. Hand paws have silicone paw pads, no issues with same. Seams feel quite durable, no issues with same. Shaving is even. Hand paws have inner lining that matches the character’s bright markings, edge of lining will show if I stretch my arms up over my head. Visual Satisfaction Symmetrical, even shaving. No airbrushing present on hand or foot paws. Good quality fur used and silicone paw pads on hand paws show no signs of wear or stress on seams. Fur is easy to brush. Tails Wear Satisfaction Tail is very soft, filled with pillow stuffing and comfortable to wear. Has belt loops to be worn with belt. Belt loops are very thick and durable elastic. Seams are durable and show no signs of stress or wear. Visual Satisfaction Markings symmetrical as per character design and no issues with shaving. Very soft, markings sewn and no airbrushing present on tail. Very satisfied with tail quality and materials used. Tail is light and swings easily with movement. They clarified all markings as I described before creating concept art and giving quote. Maker is local and was able to provide test fitting for bodysuit prior to project completion. They sent tons of WIP photos throughout the creation process and handled my few concerns upon receiving my full suit gracefully (poor head ventilation- opened mouth; tight head- instructed how to adjust; upgraded to follow-me eyes upon request).
