Character Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Head Wear Satisfaction This is my first fursuit made by a professional maker, and I can say it does not disappoint. The head is lined with a very soft and durable lycra fabric, which helps the heat. I chose 2D eyes, which make it very easy and nice to see. The vision is very great, as great as fursuit vision can get haha. Only one issue I have with vision is that I can’t fit my glasses into the head, but that’s mostly because my glasses are very large (oops). The ventilation is quite good, and I can easily prop open the mouth if I need a breath of fresh air or a sip of water to cool down. Visual Satisfaction The final product I received was so close to my concept art, yet merged Twisted’s style beautifully. The markings are symmetrical and all present in the design (even the small markings at the top of the head that are easily missed)! Markings on the face are sewn in tightly and securely as to not tear. The shaving is even, only small shortcomings here and there. But honestly, it’s hard to see unless you’re really looking for it. They still look adorable in photos and are awesome to wear! The fur was all very high quality and I was able to pick out which colors I liked the most. The expression on the head is a neutral, happy face that is approachable and kind, which is exactly what I wanted for my suit. Special Attachments and Features Twisted gave me attachable eyelids which bring so much life and fun to my suit. They’re velcro instead of magnets, so the head stays light. Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? I drew my concept art and reference sheet, so there wasn’t any issue there. Twisted was able to communicate with me certain aspects or changes of my suit very well and I always appreciated the teams honesty and updates. Like said before, the concept is incredibly close to the finished product. You can just compare the images I’ve provided and see for yourself! How well does everything fit together and match up? I only commissioned Twisted for the head, and got the paws and tail as a gift. The head is truly the life of the suit, so it merged perfectly with the other parts of my costume and really made it spring to life. It fits perfectly, the only issue is the glasses like stated before. Twisted’s style is very versatile, and is always improving at a rapid pace. Overall Project Quality Wonderful furs, materials, and love was put in this suit and I love it wholeheartedly. Purchase Process Initial Contact I saw their opening on Instagram, but communicated with them over telegram. The purchase was with paypal so it was protected and easy. Maker Response Time Sometimes longer wait times, but they were always upfront and kind which I appreciated a ton. These are hard Covid times especially, so I tried to always be understanding. Maker Professionalism Very professional, yet always so funny and kind. I now consider people in the team to be friends. Project Completion Time They completed my suit very quickly for how hard covid has been! There wasn’t a set deadline, and I wasn’t too picky about it. I secured my slot in September, and got it a day after my birthday in January. The shipping was two days, so I didn’t have to look eagerly outside for my package for too long.
