Communication with this maker was extremely pleasant. Maker CommunicationIf I could give double the maximum scale of review for this section I do hands down. Maker communication was insanely professional, prompt and pleasant. Working with them was one of the best experiences of any commission process in the furry fandom that I've had. Their trello was always up to date and they were always willing to answer my questions or concerns. Every step of the process was communicated with me from diagrams of what fur they planned on using to W.I.P shots of each step. Even when they had a delay in the process due to a medical emergency, they expressed this to their clients (which they totally didn't have to do) just so we wouldn't be concerned about any delays, of which there wasn't even. I loved this entire commission process. Project Completion Time2-3 months, extremely quick. I was in a queue with other commissioners and was updated regularly with progress and pictures. Feedback was always received well and requests were accommodated. Overall Project QualityI know it can be easy to be biased for a suit that is representative of your character, but it is absolutely true that Freak of Nature Studios delivered a top tier quality project that I am extremely and wholly satisfied with. I am extremely happy the maker has upped their prices from my initial purchase because the price was very worth it and very much exceeded expectations. Components Head Wear SatisfactionWear satisfaction is an absolute 10/10. The fit to my measurements turned out perfect, the material all around is very soft and light but durable, and even after extended use it is very comfortable to wear. Breathability is easy and even vision is great, pretty standard field of view if not better. Cleaning, brushing and maintenance is easy and the materials lend themselves well to this. Visual Satisfaction10/10; the design perfectly matches the reference. The maker was accommodating to my requests of nose shape and eyeliner shape / expression. The shave and fur lengths are perfect and easy to maintain. The spots sewn into the fur look natural and aren't jarring. The teeth are well sewn and adorable as well as the overall shape being symmetrical and pleasing to look at. I requested eyebrows which were given a great proportion to the eyes and eyeliner. Even after having this head for over a year, the best way I can describe how I feel about it is love whenever I see it. The head perfectly encapsulates my character and design and I'm very satisfied.
