Maker CommunicationMaker was and has continued to be responsive and professional. Has fully abided by their warranty policy. My experience went so well I became friends with them! Project Completion TimeMy project was completed on a much faster timeline than I originally expected! Timeline was made clear, and any delays were discussed as soon as they occurred. Overall Project QualityOverall I have been very happy with the product. Any issues that I have encountered have been addressed promptly and completely by the maker. Suit has been easy and largely comfortable to wear (as comfortable as a suit can be). Aside from footpaws, suit has been very durable. Above expected quality for quoted price. Components Head Wear SatisfactionFairly comfortable fit, took a bit to wear in but fits comfortably after a few hours. Strap is somewhat unruly to work with, but once fitted it doesn’t need adjustment except after washing. Provided ear fans did not end up working, however mouth ventilation has been adequate for long wears. Maker provided neck fan for additional mouth ventilation. Vision is quite good, approximately arm width blind-spot directly in front of nose. Eyelid magnets work properly and easily. Visual SatisfactionHead appearance is quite satisfactory. Largely symmetrical, deviations are hard to spot. Fur flows in correct direction at all points. Fur feels smooth and has not lost texture over time. Nose was slightly crooked however this has since been fixed by the maker. Magnetic eyelids mesh perfectly with the rest of the head. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionGood range of movement. Sleeves were originally too short however this was corrected the day of collection by the maker. Overall body sags somewhat on shoulders, but fit isn’t significantly affected and this issue has been addressed by the maker. Exterior pockets function well given placement. Small hole developed after several dozen hours of use. Visual SatisfactionVery good visual appearance. Shaving is well done. Hidden pockets are indeed well hidden (to the point where I have almost forgotten where they are)! Hands Wear SatisfactionTight to hands, difficult to put on at first however this has become easier with time. Very durable. Visual SatisfactionFully satisfactory! Tail Wear SatisfactionEasy wear, very lightweight. Visual SatisfactionFully satisfactory. Feet Wear SatisfactionReasonably comfortable. Ran into several issues with structural failure of the 3D print. This was the maker’s first time 3D printing footpaws, and they have been replaced with sturdier footpaws for no charge.
