Informed Maker of Issues Yes, a fur color was corrected to reflect the reference art that I had provided and my worries of the head not fitting were put to rest. I did not have many issues at all with the suit. Photos of Completed Product Head Wear Satisfaction The head is amazing, the features and markings on this head are very accurate to the art I gave the maker to work off of. The head has just enough room on the inside that it doesn’t feel constricting, it is also very nicely lined on the interior which makes wearing it even more enjoyable. I believe that spandex or a balaclava material was used to line the head and it does absorb sweat properly and cleaning has been easy so far. Ventilation on this suit is great along with the vision out of the eyes. Yes, there is the ever present blind spot but I can see out of this head much more clearly than the old one I owned. In this suit I actually have a little bit of peripheral vision and it helps a lot. Visual Satisfaction The maker matched my character’s design perfectly with the reference sheet. Symmetry is pretty good as well on the head, a few things are slightly lopsided like his lower jaw and nose but that doesn’t bother me at all. The shaving is quite even, save for a few small spots where I can see a tiny spot of backing but that’s understandable where the extremely small markings are sewn in and the transition between fur lengths is excellent and very clean. The fur looks very bright and super clean, it is also extremely soft and I can’t stop petting it. The markings do not rub or bleed because they are sewn in so I do not have to worry about that. Yes, you can brush the fur and smooth it easily without any issue. I am super duper satisfied with the expression on the suit head and the overall appearance of it. The eyes are a follow-me type and they work wonderfully! I was a little nervous at first about the eyes not being that much of a follow-me effect but they follow you perfectly from every angle. The concept art and the head match perfectly, the maker worked with me to get all of the colors correct and making sure that I was satisfied. The maker did modify the design slightly by adding the small grey whisker spots on the muzzle and it added to the suit head and I’m quite happy that they gave me that suggestion. Special Attachments and Features What I consider special features are that the maker used actual metal piercings for the head which upped the accuracy to the concept art and I really enjoy looking at them. Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? The maker interpreted my concept art well and worked with me to make sure that they would include everything that was on there. The head matches my concept art perfectly and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I am definitely working with this maker again in the future. How well does everything fit together and match up? Everything fits well, especially the head. I have paws, a tail, and feet paws from another maker and when I throw all of that together with my head, everything matches up perfectly, all of the furs are exactly the same so nothing is different and it is a seamless look. I also wanted to add that my suit head is consistent with the maker’s previous projects which keep getting better and better. Overall Project Quality I feel that this project exceeded my expectations and it was well worth the price that I paid for it. I do believe that this item will last a long time. Purchase Process Initial Contact Very easy, I contacted them on Instagram about a quote and they got back to me relatively quickly after I read through their terms of service Maker Response Time Response time was relatively fast and all contact was through direct messaging on Instagram Maker Professionalism I feel that I was treated very well and the maker was amazing to work with. They’re such a sweetheart and a hard worker. The communication was business-like and I appreciated that. They communicated clearly, making sure that I knew what was going on and what I needed during the process. Project Completion Time My project was finished sooner than I thought it would be. There was a queue and I was aware of my place in it. Time expectations were communicated clearly and I was aware how long it would take to complete after paying off my slot. My item was shipped in a timely manner and it arrived on time and tracking was provided to me immediately once it was shipped out from the maker’s end. The shipping service they used was USPS.
