Maker CommunicationMaker was always pleasant to talk to. I had no issues with them not responding to any of my emails and they were very good about answering any questions I had. Project Completion TimeI was aware that the suit would be completed after the maker finished a few suits ahead in the queue. Maker has a trello that they keep up to date so I could always check their progress. Once completed the suit was shipped out within a few days and arrived quickly. Overall Project Quality Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head fits perfectly and has enough room for me to wear my glasses while suiting. It is lined and easy to clean. The mouth is very open and lines up with my mouth, which makes it very easy to breath. Vision through the eyes is great. I have a blind spot between the eyes but can over come that by tilting my head back to look through the mouth. Visual SatisfactionVery happy with how it looks. Everything looks symmetrical and I have found no issues with the shaving. All the fur is very soft and easy to brush. Hands Wear SatisfactionHooves are not lined. They are comfortable to wear but a bit big for my hands. They don't fall off but I do need to adjust them every once in a while. They are very easy to put on. Visual SatisfactionVery happy with how they look. Hooves are very soft and the fur shaving is all even. Tail Wear SatisfactionTail is easy to wear and does not cause any issues while walking. Has double loops for belts and stays in place. Visual SatisfactionA very nice tail. The tail is very smooth looking and the shaving of the fur is all even.
