He was updating me regularly, sometimes every day, and sending lots of pictures to make sure I was satisfied. Components Head Wear SatisfactionIt's super breathable and comfy, and the vision through the mouth is the best I've ever seen. The neck is pretty small and hard to get around my head but with some wiggling, it works. I'm able to wear my glasses with it which was super important to me. Its super funny that I can see out of the eyes on the top of the head too. Its fun to interact with kids that way haha. Visual SatisfactionI love how Snazzy turned out! Even though she's not quite accurate to my reference and how I draw her, I love that she looks slightly more realistic to an actual eel. Its like a mix of a toony and real eel and I think she looks so goofy in the best way. The minky was the perfect fabric choice for her and I love how the fin looks. I can't really see any "mistakes" on her construction and everything looks nice and symmetrical. She's made super professionally. If I could go back and change anything, the only thing I would probably request is a slightly longer nose and different markings. I'm not the biggest fan of how the yellow airbrush freckles turned out, because they are all very uniform in size and not saturated on the green minky. They just look like a slight lighter green rather than the yellow I was looking for. I didn't ask for a change because I know how hard it would've been to fix. But despite those slight issues, I would say she's definitely my favorite fursuit I own! I adore how she turned out! Hands Wear SatisfactionThey fit PERFECTLY and are really comfortable. I do wish the cuffs were a tad bit longer so my wrists didn't show through my shirt sleeves, but other than that they are perfect. They seem really durable too! Visual SatisfactionI'm in love with the hands. I didn't really have an exact idea of how I wanted her hands to be, so I let the maker have a bit of creative freedom with them and they're better than I imagines. The nails are so cool and I've gotten compliments on them every time I wear Snazzy in public. Tail Wear SatisfactionI'm a bit nervous the belt strap is gonna wear down but nothing has happened to it yet. The seams and sewing all look super durable and the tail is comfy to wear. It also swings back and forth a lot! Visual SatisfactionThe only issue I have with the tail is the same as the head: airbrush markings aren't the best. Other than that, the tail really makes the suit! The shape is better than I imagined and I love how there is a bone/muscle detail sewn on the base. The blue markings are perfect and clean. It also doesn't doesn’t drag on the floor, just hovers right above, which is exactly what I requested! I love how the maker made my tail tall and skinny just like a real eel, when the easy option would've been to make a round tail (like a dragon).
