They shared that their quotes were open via a discord server. Maker CommunicationThe maker was very easy to communicate with. We started communication via email, for the business side of things, and then switched to discord for updates and such. I was treated so well, Robin was so communicative throughout, I relieved updates at LEAST once a week, often multiple times a week. Project Completion TimeIt took just over a month! I was first in queue, so there was no waiting there, but I'm still astonished by the speed and quality of it! Overall Project QualityI wore Stats for many many hours, and most of those hours were after me being thrown in the deep end for confuzzled. Despite that, I had an amazing experience. The craftsmanship of the suit is simply incredible, it's so high quality and so comfy to wear. I had a friend point out to me that they had seen me more in the suit across the con than out of the suit! That is a testament to how comfy it is. I've worn it for many more hours since then and it's genuinely incredible just how insane the quality is. It also perfectly reflects Stats' personality, and I'm just incredibly satisfied with it. I don't have any gripes with it. Components Head Wear SatisfactionIt's very snug, fits perfectly, and despite that, where one would expect it to be tight, very comfy. I wore it for prolonged periods of time at confuzzled, which was a few days after I picked it up, so I was very much thrown in the deep-end. Thus was due to the comfort of the head, lined on the inside, which includes the neck, very comfortable lining. I'm unsure of the material. Ventilation is great, very breathable, and great circulation. Of course, I got hot, it was a hot weekend and I'm wearing a thick mask, but it's no fault of the suit. And vision is also pretty good, small blind spot and can only not see things that are like, directly below or above me – which, combined with how big my ears are, makes it funny when trying to walk through low doors, as I have to lower my head. Wouldn't change that for the world, though. Only fault is that I wish I had waited longer, as the maker now offers neck zippers, and I wish I could have that on my suit. Lining absorbs sweat perfectly, and makes cleaning easier. Visual SatisfactionThe head is BEAUTIFUL. Symmetrical, matches Stats' design perfectly, it captures his vibe and personality amazingly. Its a simple design, but the maker reflected it just perfectly. I also love how big the ears are. The fur is so beautiful and smooth, I love the colours chosen, and so easy to brush. The fur is shaved nice and smoothly for the most part, but if you look VERY closely, there's one or two small parts where the shave was too close and you can see the backing. That's only if you look super close, though, and is genuinely not noticeable unless you were told about it. Hands Wear SatisfactionSuper comfy to wear, they fit great. Once on, they stay in place, no slipping and sliding. I do advise on getting some sort of under armour for these, though, as on hot days and after prolonged use, when you get sweaty hands, it can be hard to put them back on, as the lining, which is comfortable and absorbs sweat great, becomes like socks when trying to put them on after a shower. Once again, lining absorbs sweat great and makes cleaning easier. Very high quality and durable, too. Visual SatisfactionFur, once again, beautiful. Love the material used for the paw beans, its the same stuff they use for squishmallows and is super soft! They generally look great. Tail Wear SatisfactionVery easy to wear and high quality. Belt loop has become a bit loose after extended wear, but that's normal and helpful. Not loose to the point where its not staying in place, it's just a bit easier to put the belt through! Very comfortable to wear, easy movement. Visual SatisfactionOnce again, the fur is beautiful and smooth. This time the shaving is fully even, no bits of backing can be seen. The fur choice for the tip of the tail is very beautiful and I love how it looks generally. I love how it sways behind me as I walk, and it's generally perfect. Special FeaturesIt has magnetic eyelids and a velcro tongue! The magnetic eyelids are great, they fit perfectly, never loose or have a risk of falling off, the magnets are strong and that's perfect. The tongue is also perfect, got two lengths, one medium and one long. They are so easy to swap out and adjust the position of, and add so much personality!
