Additionally, their instagram bio says when their next opening is going to be, and they are pretty punctual regarding it. It was super easy to understand exactly what Sheenitude needed from me as a commissioner! Maker CommunicationThis has to be one of my favorite things of working with Sheenitude! The communication is 1000/10 and I would ever go far enough to give it a higher rating than that. I never once felt left in the dark and I knew that they were always making sure to keep their word. Project Completion TimeThe suit arrived much earlier than I thought he would and he had zero flaws I can think of! Sheenitude is great about ensuring quick completion and communication completion. Overall Project Quality(P.S. Toms currently does not belong to me anymore. He was sold due to loss of connection with the character itself rather than the suit, because I realized I cannot connect to masculine-presenting characters) Toms was such a great suit overall to own. Working with Sheenitude was perhaps one of the best experiences I have had with a maker. In fact, I just recently commissioned them for another head of my secondary sona and it came out amazing! I will be back to do another review in a few months of owning the head and it will be yet another positive 10/10 review. I am very satisfied with this fursuit head! The communication throughout the whole process was a breeze and it was very fun getting to see Sheenitude's fursuit-making progress. They make sure not to leave you in the dark and that your suit comes out exactly how you want it. For example, I am picky when it comes to head shapes and they happily made multiple base changes for me so I could have him the exact way I imagined him. Additionally, their turn-around time is super quick compared to most makers. They make sure to treat it as a real job rather than just a hobby. Toms was finished earlier than planned and I was very happy about it! In terms of wearing, Toms is also super comfortable, fun to wear, and exactly like the original design. Components Head Wear SatisfactionToms is such an ideal fursuit! – Fitting: Not only does he match his original design perfectly, he fits me snug in a way that I can comfortably wiggle around without him falling off. I have had suits before that are too large and can come off too easily. Sheenitude makes sure to get your head measurements when making their fursuit heads, and it ensures for perfect fitting! – Lining: Sheenitude has got to have some of the best lining I have seen. The material used is neoprene- it absorbs sweat appropriately and is super easy to clean with a spray bottle and some alcohol. I wore Toms a lot and with good cleaning, bad sweat smells never got stuck to him. – Ventilation: Amazing! With his large beak there is a lot of room to breathe and be comfortable. I could wear him for over an hour and feel perfectly comfortable with his ventilation. Great air circulation! – Vision: Although his eyes are small due to specific requests from me (I wanted his eyes to be small/sharp and less cutesy), the vision is pretty good! The blind spot is not bad at all considering he has a massive beak, and is much better than other suits I have tried on. Very comfortable! Visual Satisfaction– Symmetry: Perfect! The design was spot on and there were no errors. Throughout the commission process, they sent me a LOT of WIPS to make sure that everything was 100% accurate! I really love their communication process. – Shaving: So smooth! Everything transitions so smoothly and I have had so many of my fursuiter friends comment on how nice his shaving is. – Material: Feels super soft and is so nice to the touch- especially the minky used on the beak and the inner ears! The markings do not rub off or bleed, they are all sewn nicely and you cannot see any of the stitching. Additionally, it is so satisfying to brush out since it is very easy to do so. – Satisfied: Very satisfied with the overall appearance! I wanted him to be sassy, and sassy he is! The eyes are 2D/static and I love them so much because of the pop the bright yellow brings. – Concept Art: It matches the concept art exactly! Throughout the process I was able to request small changes if necessary to match the design better, and Sheenitude did splendid! Hands Wear Satisfaction– Fitting: The hands fit me comfortably! Although they were slightly tighter than planned because I did not send accurate measurements- they offered to loosen them for me without cost, but I was fine with the way they were! They are bird "hands" so they go down my arm a good bit and it looks so good. It was surprisingly easy to put one paw one with the other one already on. – Quality/durability: The suit is super durable! I owned Toms for a while and took him to hangouts, and he did perfectly fine! Still looks brand new practically! – Interior: Lined and so comfortable! I believe its neoprene similar to the head, but I am not 100% sure. These paws are super easy to clean and so nice to wear. Visual Satisfaction– Symmetry: Perfect symmetry! – Shaving/Material: The material predominantly used was minky, so not much shaving was required; but it is very smooth throughout and so fun to wear! – Satisfied/Match: 100% satisfied with the colors used, not just in the paws but throughout the whole head as well!
