They did keep me informed! Sometimes I had to go and message, but thats after like a week. I worry that I bug people, so I give people SPACE. Project Completion TimeIt never took long for them to contact me back! maybe at least; 5 mins, or at later a day. They treated me very well, and were super friendly! They communicated everything properly, from the fur being delayed due to the pandemic, and to her schooling! If we didn't have the pandemic the shipping would've been much faster. But I don't blame her for that at all! Overall Project QualityI am beyond happy with what I've gotten. I am in love with my suit, it is my baby and I keep it protected at all times. I really love this maker, and hope to get another suit from her in the future! Everything is perfect down to the last detail, there was NOTHING missed nothing was off, nothing is bad, I have NO complaints. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head fit is a smidge snug, but once I've worn it for some time, and wear it for longer it fits REAL well.~ The inside of the head is lined with a pretty black and white checker patterned fabric which I like! Ventilation is pretty good! I prefer wearing it in a place with AC however for safety. Vision is VERY good. Sometimes I have to shave my actual hair so the eyes can rest proper. But that's NOT the makers fault. I do sorta have to turn my head every now and again, but its still good! Visual SatisfactionNothing is lopsided. Maybe just the lower chin a smidge, but it doesn't bother me at all, and doesn't affect a thing. The markings are very symmetrical and matches my fursona properly. Shaving is even, no nicks or bumps. Backing is NOT shown, it looks great. The fur is very soft, and feels cuddly like I wanted for my Jerboa girl. The fur is easy to be brushed, and there are no issues when brushing it. Only small thing is there are teeny tiny strands of fur fibers that kind of get everywhere, but that's okay! Lint rollers exist, and there is NO damage to the suit. I am very happy with the expression for my girl, she looks super toony and happy. Like she's ready to give you a hug. I do like the sassy eyebrows so I can make her a sassy mama if need be. I can indeed achieve the expressions i like from different angles. The head does indeed match the concept art! Only one small thing was that the owner couldn't do her piercings. TOTALLY fine with me! She looks cute and all. Tail Wear SatisfactionTail is a SMIDGE awkward, but once you put it on, its cute! I usually need my fiancé to help cause I'm round in the belly region. The quality is GREAT. Nothing has broke, no seams were popped; nothing. Visual SatisfactionNothing is lopsided. Although at times it gets kind of twisty, but i fix it myself. Matches the character well! Shaving is EVEN. The fur is SUPER soft and cute. Colors match well! The tail has a small swish/wag that I love! Tail matches the concept art, it even has longer fur to make it more jerboa like! Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feet fit pretty well! They hug my feet pretty nice, and I do not have to worry about them sliding off of me. My ankles are NOT visible, and there is pretty good traction on the wood floors. They don't slide on, but i can put them on like shoes. The seams are very durable, nothing has torn or ripped at all. the bottoms are not even scuffed. The inside lining is made of the same checkered fabric from the head, quite lovely. Base of the shoe was a croc sandal: very appreciated. I say it does absorb some sweat, but I don't wear the feet too long enough for there to be sweat. Visual SatisfactionThe symmetry is great, nothing is lopsided, and they look like the design completely. There were no claws. Shaving is even, no bumps, no lumps, no nicks. All good. The fur feels very soft, and cuddly. Love it. I love the colors they choose; it matches my fursona WELL. The bottoms are made from a hard rubber that I enjoy. I am very satisfied with this.
