Wasabi’s head is very, very comfortable. It slips on easily, isn’t heavy, tucks into a shirt easily and hugs the nose/face in a way that really makes me feel like I have an animal snout, making me feel more like I’ve become him as opposed to me just “wearing him”. This helps me get far more of a character out of him, too. The vision is also astonishing. I need glasses to see but cannot wear glasses with a fursuit head for obvious reasons. However, the vision is so excellent that I can see very clearly anyway, almost as if the fursuit has no eyes. Ventilation is also very good, which is a plus as I am a mild asthma sufferer.
Wasabi the Ferret’s facial appearance is very attractive due to his emerald green color with pea-green spots, cute whiskers, cheeky fangs, big happy eyes, shiny black nose and shiny dark grey hair fringe with a devilish red stripe. Wasabi has a mischievous and yet still very friendly appearance that’s good with children. On a fursuit walk around Christmas, a little boy was very excited to see him!
Two of the whiskers on the left side of the head cross over each other which is a minor shame, but this is just a nitpick.
His paws are a little difficult to get on but feel very nice once on and bend well. His feet are very comfortable and easy to slip on and move around in. His arm sleeves were the trickiest part to get on as I found that they did not fit across my back and locked my arms in place. However, wearing the arm sleeves across my front with the arms bursting out of the arms of the t-shirt is very comfortable and looks visually great.
His feet are suitably large, and his arm sleeves give him a bit of muscle, too. Visually, both look nice, and I couldn’t wear Wasabi without them now I have them. I’m not a big fan of the palm’s split design on Wasabi’s paws, but it’s OK as the paws are still good and fluffy regardless, and I can always commission a different kind from my maker in the future if I so wish. Right now, they’ll do.
His tail is a bit of a challenge to get on due to its weight but once on it’s not a problem at all. The strap is sturdy as well which means the tail is held well in place when behind me with a belt.
His tail is nice and big, sturdy but movable, and very stylish. The large tail is the best aspect of the partial apart from the head, and part of the reason why I made the purchase. The only downside is that the end of the tail is a bit too shaggy and can be difficult to brush and comb, but again, this is just another nitpick.
It took me a while to come up with the clothing to wear with him, but thankfully, I found suitable clothing that not only adds to his colour scheme excellently, but brings out his personality in a way that enhances him and gives him a youthful, semi-rebellious, teenage look. This was a First Order-themed Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker t-shirt I bought from Primark and pair of black tracksuit bottoms with red vertical stripes on the sides. Both much increase the amount and black and red on him, giving him an appropriate colour scheme that has a nice balance of green, light green, grey, black, and red across the entire overall outfit.
Sadly, in many photos, the pea green spots show up as a pale celery shade, although this isn’t a problem and it cannot be helped, just something I’ve had to accept. Wasabi looks the best when viewed at from an angle so that his tail can be easily seen.

Wasabi is a wonderful full partial who is very comfy and very fun to wear, with a semi-naughty but innocent and well-meaning appearance and personality. For a very good price of £750, he was a fantastic value as well, especially considering the vision is just so amazingly clear. I’m so glad to be his owner and will take very good care of him.
This suit was my first pre-made and my third suit I’ve done entirely from scratch. Considering that I’m still very new to suit making I am EXTREMELY pleased with such a positive response! It has definitely given me the confidence to continue and reviews like this will certainly assist me with where I may need to improve. I am very happy with this suit, how well it has been received and with the full honesty the new owner has given here with what was liked and what was not.
My official photos of this suit can be found on my website at https://neonpawcreations.com/gallery/fursuits/wasabi/ (Arms and feet not included in these photos as I made them at a separate time to the rest after the suit was purchased as an add-on). He’s also on Scritch.es!
Thank you so much again for such a brilliant review, I look forward to bringing more characters to life! <3
