I feel I was treated well and any issues I had they wanted to address promptly. Project Completion TimeThe project took about 4-5 months to complete, this was within the timeframe I was given. I was not left in the dark and any changes I asked to be made were made promptly. The items were shipped shortly after completion Overall Project QualityI am overall satisfied with this suit. There is little to nothing I would change about this fursuit, it met my expectations, didn’t brand the bank, and came out incredible Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head fits well, it has padding on the inside all around and came with extra padding in case the head was a bit too big for you. It is partially lined in the neck area, but it’s a mostly plastic print base as well. The ventilation is decent with the large mouth gap and ear vent holes. The vision is a bit ‘worse’ than other suits, due to the horse position of the eyes there is a large blind spot in the middle, but otherwise decent Visual SatisfactionThe symmetry is decent and the markings match the character well. The shaving is short but no large seams can really be seen. The eyes have subliminated follow me eyes that also have a bit of a 2D effect as well I think the fursuit looks extremely close to the concept art and I am happy Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail is comfy and the back plating in the tail makes it easier since it is a large horse tail. The tail is soft and sways very comfortably Visual SatisfactionIt is just a general white horse tail with layered fur to give a more dense and unique shaped tail. It is made sturdy and have had no issues Special FeaturesThe fursuit came with a custom fitted ‘bridle’ and cowboy hat.
