Responses come after no more than a few hours at most and they are very easy and pleasant to work with. Since this isn't my first suit we do tend to be very friendly in how we talk, but they stay professional and serious about their work even with someone a lot more familiar. Project Completion TimeThe initial build was done before purchase, but the one modification I needed was done in less than an hour. Overall Project QualityI couldn't be happier with Wicker. I've owned another Space Cat suit since 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed every part of the experience, which made me confident that buying another from them was a good choice. That has proven to be entirely true. Just like my first suit from them, this is very comfortable to wear even for long periods of time and looks great doing so. Space Cat is an experienced maker and that shows through not just the build quality, but the design choices as well. Everything from vision to airflow to comfort and durability is proof that they have done their research and put in the practice to consistently make great fursuits. That experience does come with a higher price tag than newer makers, but it also means that spending a little bit more does truly get you a much better suit in return. I don't feel like I have to worry about durability in the slightest, and if repairs or modifications do eventually end up being necessary, they will be done right as well. I don't think I could be happier with the look or feel of Space Cat's work. Components Head Wear SatisfactionLike all Space Cat suits, the head is a balaclava base with foam only for the face, making it very lightweight and helping prevent heat buildup. Airflow is just slightly lower than other heads I've worn due to a smaller mouth opening but still more than adequate for me. At first the fit was a little bit too loose for me but Space Cat added an elastic strip which took only a few minutes to do and fixed the problem very nicely. Vision is very good with a smaller central blind spot and peripheral vision than any other head I've worn. One minor downside is that other Space Cat heads do let the wearer peek through the mouth to see downward in front of them, which doesn't work very well in this case with buck teeth in the way. More of a species problem than anything to do with the build and my only difficulty, which isn't that big of a problem with the general vision being very good. The horns are attached with velcro, which makes them removable for safer storage and able to be replaced with fur patches if that suits the mood, along with potentially being able to change out the horn nubs for a different design. Even trying to intentionally knock the horns off doesn't work, so I'm confident velcro will keep them in place for anything more than being pulled off on purpose. Visual SatisfactionI can't find any fault at all with the build quality, appearance and materials of this head. The foam is carved very well, the markings are replicated very well from the reference sheet, all the shaving is even and done to suitable lengths. All of the fur used is good quality material. No excessive shedding that might reduce the lifespan of the head and soft to touch. The ears in particular are especially soft and silky, and drape very nicely when wearing the suit. The build is matched well to the original art, which works very well with how I like to play the character. All markings are cut and sewn, so there's no concern about airbrushing wearing off over time or from cleaning. Eyes are follow-me in design, but I've noticed that the unconventional design does cut down on the effect just a little bit compared to other Space Cat heads, which tend to have a very strong follow-me. Like the teeth reducing a little bit of visibility, this is due to design, not build, but worth mentioning in case anyone else is considering any kind of similar unusual eyes. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands fit about as well as I would expect out of a premade set meant to fit as wide a range of hands as possible, since there's no way to know who will adopt the suit. Putting them on and wearing them is mostly very easy and comfortable, with the only thing to remember being that Space Cat uses removable padding to bulk the fingers up, which goes over the wearer's fingers. This does make the hands easier to clean when they need it, as the padding can be taken out and the rest put through a washing machine. Big, puffy padding does make the fingers not especially nimble, but relatively thin material under the palm and fingers means that they stay pretty usable for holding things, feeling elevator buttons and such. They feel durable enough for frequent use, having been built the same way as Space Cat has been making hands for years. I have a similar set with another fursuit that I've worn for many, many hours now and they haven't had a single problem yet, so I would expect this set to likely hold up well too. Visual SatisfactionThe hands match design as closely as possible to the extent that fur colors allow. Materials are good quality like everything else, with soft fur, especially on the palm and fingers which use minky fur. Overall the appearance and feel suits a soft rabbit well. Tail Wear SatisfactionThis tail is a delight to wear. For a pretty small tail it has enough stuffing and material to give it some weight, which then gives it a very fun bounce that I've been told looks great, and feels good for the wearer. It uses simple belt loops so putting it on isn't much trouble, with enough stitching holding them on that the tail could probably be used to tow the wearer around. I'd expect most belts to let go before the straps do. The straps are tight enough to hold the tail upright even without a broad or solid base to brace it, which helps with both appearance and movement. Visual SatisfactionLike the rest of the suit, the materials used are very soft and pleasant to touch, with the fur left long to keep the poofy rabbit tail look. The red fur is very vibrant, something I appreciate in any kind of markings. It can be machine washed as well to make sure that red stays as bright as it is long term. Having mostly only owned and worn longer tails before I was very surprised by how active and lively a small one can look when made well.
