Initial ContactI first talk to them in a meet and then on telegram

Maker CommunicationThe communication was really good they answer all my questions even after the product was made

Project Completion TimeTook less then 4 months like their TOS said and always on time

Overall Project QualityThe quality is really high tier, the comfort it really amazing you don’t feel tired with it on your head, the fur is really good quality and the maker know what they doing but the only critics I would give is it can become hot really fast since the mouth stay closed.

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionThe head is really comfortable and suit well on my head I have no complaints with it on that level. My only complaint would be it can became hot real quick since the mouth stay closed but a little fan fix that problem but for me it doesn’t bother me at all.

Visual SatisfactionThe visual is amazing I have so much visual around me I can walk without a handler in a crowded con like FE
