Maker CommunicationI always got answers on my mails, telegram, twitter. Sometimes I wrote them a nice mail about the weather and asked how they were doing, and we got a chit chat about flowers, tea and whats not to like. I was treated so well, they have been super sweet and professional to me. Project Completion TimeWhen they started my suit, it didnt take long, and I was with them all the time, when they asked for details, showed WIPS and so on. Im satisfied I wasnt left in the dark, and the shipping went smoothly and very fast, 4 days I believe, w/o weekend. It got caught in customs, but Fedex didnt postpone my shipment as they send the tax afterwards. But I live in EU, almost everything outside ends in customs Overall Project QualityI am super happy with the product. It has taken some time to get, but I knew that before I commissioned them. OFA is my dream maker, and Im just very satisfied with everything. It has been a fun journey and we have had some good chats too Components Head Wear SatisfactionSits perfectly on my head. Its made out of my measurements, and its not wobbly or anything. Sits where it should. The ventilation is good, the mouth is moving, so you can get extra air that way. The vision is amazing! Very wide and the mesh they use are very nice and you can see so much. My eyes doesnt gets tired when I wear the head. Im very satisfied! Visual SatisfactionScribbleFox and I decided to give her a new design on the head, so she stands more out (the referencesheet I posted here isnt the final, but the one I send them back then). ScribbleFox does amazing designs and his ideas gave her lots of new life. Wolfinden is from 2003, and I never really changed lots on her. Symmetry and shaving are perfectly done! The material is super soft and feels/looks as professional fabric should. Im lost for words for how he made her look. Just as I dreamed about. Im super satisfied. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands are very comfortable to wear, quality and durability are great too. Nothing has popped or damaged. Visual SatisfactionThey are simply adorable. Same fur as the head, very soft and beautiful Tail Wear SatisfactionIm very satisfied with the tail all around. It have a big thing for the belt, and it does so the tail doesnt twists and looks weird. It sits in place all the time. Visual SatisfactionBeautiful and with the OFA signature form, like a soft S. Feet Wear SatisfactionThey're build after my feets, and they fit perfectly. They're not build on a shoe, but have a thick pad or something, so you dont feel structure or anything. There is cute little labels, with L and R. Visual SatisfactionThey were made with the new design we made. Black/white, and they came out just as I hoped and dreamed about. As I wrote in my review, I knew beforehand that there was a bit waiting time, but the outcome is amazing and the customer service has been great. Im super happy, and we still keep contact to chat about everything. I think its important to treat your maker as a person too, instead of being all product minded.
