Overall Initial Contact Tomacats contacted me to ask for a commission (i'm a maker myself) through telegram, and i proposed them to do a fursuit trade with them. After some time, they accepted the proposal, and they created a telegram group to keep all the things organized. Maker Communication Tomacats were really easy to communicate with, they are super friendly but still professional. They kept me updated with all the processes of the the suit for each part they made, from the concept design, the model sculpture, the base print, to the final touches. They also sent me a lot of turnaround videos by hand that they completed a step of the creation process. Communication was clear, quick, and they satisfied all my requests. Project Completion Time The project was completed on schedule. They didn't gave me and ETA, but we agreed to do the trade at NordicFuzzCon 2025, and the suit was 100% done for that time. We met eachother at the con and the unboxing was so fun!
Overall Project Quality I'm 100% satisfied about this suit, and i wear it every time i have the occasion to do it. Visibility and ventilation are great, all the parts are lightweight and easy to wear, and everything looks faithful to the ref sheet. Tomacats worked on a custom base to make this suit, and they gave their 200% in each small detail. I gave them the possibility to experiment with new techniques and removable parts, and they satisfied my requests without hesitation. I consider it a HQ suit, and it's really easy to wear, even without too much light (in the disco, for example) and even with the sassy expressions on, the visibility remains great. The suit exceeded my expectations!
Components
Head Wear Satisfaction The head is super easy and comfortable to wear. It doesn't have any elastic band inside but i can wear it as an ''helmet''. Initially, the head was too wide for my small head, but i talk with the makers and they immediately offered me a solution. The head is really ventilated, the base is 3D printed with TPU, fully lined with neoprene. Visibility is really good, i didn't expect such good visibility, and it barely has blind spots. When i met the makers for the trade, they said that that was their heavier head ever made, but i find it really lightweight, although the big mane it has. The mane is made with extra long layered fur tufts, in different shades of white, that make it look super voluminous and fluff. Each tuft is sewn to the neck part. Frontal hair tuft is magnetic, i asked for it when we started the trade. The fur\minky they used is HQ, shaving work is perfect and everything looks clean and detailed. Antlers are 3D printed with TPU and covered with minky. They are detachable magnetically from the head, and this is super useful for transport and cleaning. Initially i had some problems with them because magnets weren't strong enough to sustain the antlers, but i talked with them and we find a solution together. I can't say this problem was their fault since it was their very first time making magnetic antlers, and i specifically asked for them. Their shape is perfectly faithful to the ref sheet.
Visual Satisfaction I'm super satisfied about how the head looks in general. Everything looks faithful to the ref sheet, the shaving is clean and the details are all there (like the small dots and moon on its cheeks). I can't see the backing of the fur fabric, and it's soft even on short shaved parts. The transition between shaved parts and long ones is perfect. Eyes are follow-me and they look perfect from different angles, even with the sassy expressions on.Hands Wear Satisfaction The handhooves are compfortable to wear and they fit perfectly i have really small hands and i love thight handpaws). They are made with HQ long shag fur, and the hooves are made with 2 colors of minky fabric, with a darker brown on the bottom part. They are half lned with a super cute printed stretchy fabric. I can move my fingers very well, even if the handhooves have just 3 fingers!
Visual Satisfaction I'm 100% satisfied of the handhooves, they fit perfectly and they are easy to wear, even without someone's help. They looks good from the exterior! No popped seams or problems during the use in this year i own the suit. Tail Wear Satisfaction I asked for a nub tail, and Tomacats made the cutest small and nub tail i've ever seen! it's small and perfectly fits to the character proportions. It's made with HQ fur, and it can be worn easily with belt hoops on its base. Tomacats made all the spots and the details on it, even if it's super small. I absolutely love how it wiggles!
Visual Satisfaction I'm 100% satisfed about the tail. It's super cute and easy to wear. I love nub tails! No popped seams or problems with it during the time i owned the suit. It can me worn easily in partial and even in fullsuit ( i made the bodysuit separately, and it fit perfectly).
Special Features I asked to make some magnetic parts on the head, and even if it was their first time, Tomacats satisfied all my requests. The head has a magnetic detachable hair tuft, magnetic antlers and 2 magnetic snake bites piercings. Sadly during dancing at the disco, i lost one of the piercings, but Tomacats provided me a solution quickly.

Final Comments I 100% recommend Tomacats to everyone. They have a super cute style, their communication is perfect with quick answers, everything is easy to wear, HQ, and they are always available to solve any problem you will have with the suit. Each detail is made with care and the exterior look of the suit is clean and well made. They deliver the suit with some cute gadgets and goodies, like stickers, acrilyc keychain with their logo, a ''Tomacats member'' badge and laynards, a fur color sample card, everything well packed in a cute backpack with their logo on it. They also add you in the telegram family group if you want, and the Tomacats family is so wholesome and friendly!

This is amazing, total fursuit mania vibes! Tomacats sounds incredible—great quality, adorable style, and such thoughtful extras. You can really feel the care and passion in every detail.
