Maker CommunicationResponses were super quick and polite. They were super open about their process and kept me informed throughout. Project Completion TimeGiven the short notice I gave, I'm surprised they got it done in time for the convention I wanted it for. The item was personally delivered to me, and they were very transparent about everything. Overall Project QualityOverall, I don't think I can put into words how pleased I was with this commission, but I'll try. I think the upsides of the entire suit vastly outweigh the downsides I mentioned, and Sephie came out visually how I expected them to. Elune was super nice throughout the entire process, and dealt with me being indecisive the whole time. Suit was made on time, and they've been super polite and willing to help me with all of the issues I've had since getting the suit. Components Head Wear SatisfactionExtremely comfy on the inside, and very easy to move around with. Very easy to breathe in as well. Vision is as you'd expect for a fursuit head, but I'd say it's pretty good considering that. Visual SatisfactionIt's exactly how I imagined Sephie would look in my head. Everything on the head itself is phenomenal. My only gripe is that the eyelids don't really fit too well. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionIf it weren't for the padding, I wouldn't really feel much at all. Fit is super snug, airflow is great, and it has survived dealing with me for two years and counting. Visual SatisfactionThe zipper tends to be a bit too prominent for my taste, but I could just be being picky. Aside from that, it's amazing. Hands Wear SatisfactionFirst pair of paws were great, but a relative got a hold of them and damaged them, so Elune made a replacement pair for me. The replacement pair are significantly worse in terms of build quality and feel. Alongside the fur feeling like it will rip off at any moment, I have to take them off regularly due to them feeling very scratchy and rough on the inside. This has been brought up with Elune and I've been told I should receive a better pair at some point in the future. Visual SatisfactionReview from above fits here too. First pair looked amazing, and the second pair could be improved. Tail Wear SatisfactionTail is super soft and easy to wear. I'm not sure why, but after the second con I went to, all of the padding fell out of the top of my tail, so the part that sits on my tailbone is extremely limp. Could be my fault, but I haven't bothered to ask. Visual SatisfactionTail looks amazing too! I wish it could've been longer, but I get why they told me no on that part ^^; Feet Wear SatisfactionThe zipper on my footpaws frustrates me to no end, but I could just be stupid. They feel amazing and deal with sweat appropriately. The padding on the bottom have broken off a couple times (primarily my fault.) , but Elune has repaired it each time. Visual Satisfactionfrom the outside, they look amazing. My gripe with the zipper applies here too, but I've started to just ignore it. Special FeaturesThe blush on Sephie's head is magnetic.
