Maker CommunicationVery easy communication. Furry Yana speaks russian and uses a translator, but we always managed to figure things out together. She is very nice and kind, responds fast and never seems to get tired of you, even if you asked 100 questions. She NEVER gave excuses and always communicated clearly with me. Project Completion TimeAbout a month after she started. Overall Project QualityFurry Yana followed my instructions and did everything I asked her. She even tried out new things with my project and succeeded without doubt doing so. The head and the paws are very durable after all the months I've owned them and I'm very satisfied in general. There are literally NO flaws. Components Head Wear SatisfactionDespite being made out of foam, I'm having a much easier time breathing and wearing my head than with my former fursuit. The head is light, padded and lined, I can see just fine und the paws are also very comfortable and lined. They don't slide down and fit me very well! Visual SatisfactionAmazing symmetry, shave and high quality look. I've rarely seen a fursuit that look so beautifully even and clean like those I purchased from Yana. I've seen many people say that BigZ shaves patchy and looks lumpy, but I can't confirm this at all. Both my suits from her were made with BigZ and simply look stunning.
